Room was a bit dated. The light bulb was flickering once we got into the room, when I was using the microwave, a short circuit killed all the power in the room suddenly, I was very disappointed of such not well maintained room can be assigned to the guest.

The room was small, but we only stayed there for one night, so it’s ok for us.

Place was super clean, everyone eas super accommodating, hot tubs were nice, didnt check out the pool, was just cleaned and waiting for ph to balance out. Unfortunate timing on our part. Only downside was the place next door was super expensive as far as breakfast goes but it was nice that it was only a stones throw away

Good and clean. The AC didn’t reach the bedroom very well so it was a little too warm at night but the suite was otherwise very nice. Only a short walk from town so a great location for visiting. We really appreciated the great laundry services!

Great location in the heart of Jasper National Park, with everything within walking distance. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby near the front desk, which was a nice touch. The staff were pleasant and helpful, although the service was more friendly and practical than luxurious. The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It is close to the train station and surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and local amenities, making it very convenient to explore the town on foot. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but there are plenty of dining options just a short walk away. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-located place to stay for anyone wanting easy access to Jasper and its attractions.

Beautiful town and area despite the fire. We will be back!

The room was very clean, however, the motel is so dated and in need of complete upgrade. Our room was over the kitchen, you smelled food constantly, the room was so hot, especially the bathroom! The bathroom was so small, shower door wouldn't stay closed, water everywhere. The restaurant for breakfast, buffet, it was terrible, how can bacon or sausage taste bad? It sure did though. Parking is also terrible, very limited spaces. We would not stay here again sadly.

This Inn is very clean with friendly, helpful staff and comfortable beds.

Staff were super nice. Rooms AC did not work. We had to keep the room door open in order to keep the room cool. Wouldn’t stay in the summer again

Nice views

The property is a bit older but the service was the best I've ever had during my trip in Alberta. Parking was convenient. Staff were great. Microwave is available upon request. It is super quiet so the stay was very recovering. With such a reasonable price, I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay at Jasper.

The Tonquinn Inn is overall a nice, basic hotel with not just an indoor pool, but two outdoor hot tubs and a sauna. The staff is super friendly and helpful. However, our room was tiny and claustrophobic, especially for the very high price. Also, the wi-fi went out both nights we were there, which was annoying.

It’s a relative cheap deal with sleep-through case so didn’t expect too much. Room was okay and staff was helpful. Didn't have microwave but staff dropped off one after 10 mins call at 10:30ish. Helped the tour guide to make a call the next morning. High-end expectation? No. But for family budget friend choice? Yes.

The Good: Our room was clean Bed was comfortable Staff were very pleasant and helpful The Not-so-good: Our room had a patio door. It had no screen and was hard to open The carpets on the outside of the rooms were marked with bird droppings. The fitness room - air conditioning broken; tv not working; stationary bike - no electronics working Price was high for what you got.

The room was very clean and spacious! I liked that they had an air conditioner on already when we arrived as it was very dry and hot outside. It made unpacking our stuff so much more enjoyable. We brought our dog with us and he was given a bed and dog bowls from the staff which was very nice. We used the pool and had lots of fun.
