Walking distance to Allegiant Stadium, In N Out and gas station store. Away from the Strip but close enough to walk to.

You get what you pay for. Hotel is decent, but some of the staff are rude, and some of practices are inconsistent leading to a worse stay.

Great location

The hotel was average, no big complaints. The only concerning thinking was that our door couldn’t close all the way from the outside. You had to jiggle with the handle from the inside to be able to chit the door All the way to lock.

Fairfield Marriott is home away from home. The staff is welcoming and always courteous. Rooms are very comfortable. The morning breakfast is a plus perk. Parking is good and lighted.

Poor security at the front door, they let anyone in on the elevator. Sound of people knocking next door can be heard on your room, waking you up. 4th floor has a nasty smell. Breakfast offered was very limited and had no variety. Pool was dirty. Manager service sucked.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and I don't think it's fair that they charge for parking if we're staying there.

Nice convenient place

Très bonne localisation pour repartir de Vegas, à proximité de l'aéroport. Parking facile et hôtel à taille humaine. Grande chambre et moderne. Par contre, matelas du canapé lit horrible (comme dans tous les hotels expérimentés, à croire qu'ils s'en moquent du confort des enfants...), on a comme pour tous les autres, créé un surmatelas de fortune avec la seule couverture présente dans la chambre... La clim était assez faible, même au max. Ce qui, pour Vegas, peut être difficile...

Our family enjoyed our stay here! We only stayed one night but it was good for what we needed. :)
