The hotel location is good if you want to find some free parking space. There are some mosquitoes in the room which surprises us especially during the Christmas time. If they can check the surface of the walls and clean them, the room will be looked nicer.

價位超值, 但距離Florence Centre Station 頗遠, 差不多要步行超過30分鐘才到達酒店, 因為酒店在市中心的另一邊, 近另一個火車站多D (搭巴士或駕車人士會比較好....) 房間頗大, 有露台, 乾淨舒服, 早餐豐富(有炒蛋/火腿/乳酪等...很多酒店包早餐都只得牛角包或餅干) wifi 比較弱如住高層, 低層會收得比較好...........好像大部份酒店都唔理高層既住客, 收唔到就幫唔到你....

2 nuits passées sans problème. Parking payant à proximité. Accueil agréable. Bon petit déjeuner.

The hotel is very nice, very well located, within walking distance to the Duomo (20 min walk), the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room is very modern and nice, no complaints, and the breakfast was great as well. Do know that the front desk only operates from 8am to 8pm si if you anything between that time you have to go across the street to Hotel Jane (same owners) and they will help you. I had to do this because we left very early and there was no one to settle the bill with .. The only NEGATIVE thing was that they need some sort of bulletin board or something to letave guests notes because we found out the wrong way the TAXI service was on strike so we lost our flight and ended up getting to airport after 6am (plane left at 6.25), ended up buying a new flight for all my family upwards of a 1000 euro...

What a cute hotel just outside of the Florence city center. The staff is personable and so attentive. They genuinely want to help you have a wonderful stay. We booked the suite with the private hot tub. Our teenagers loved it. It was so special to be relaxing while looking out at the dome in the distance. Also, the breakfast was amazing. It really fueled our days there. The breakfast waitress is super friendly and helpful. We had to leave really early the day we checked out and they even offered to put some items in a bag for us to have in our fridge for the morning. Highly recommend! One night we were coming back and there was a block party on the street near the hotel. So fun with all of the locals and love music! We never would have experienced that if we were staying in the city center. Walk to the dome is about 25 minutes.

Custo benefício bom, bem localizado, muito limpo!

This hotel is east of the center, behind Santa Croce, it’s outside the old walls so parking is much easier and no risk of accidentally entering a ZTL. Less crowded area, not over run by tourists as hotels in the center. Walkable 15 minutes to Duomo.

We had a big room with a rooftop balcony. The view was amazing and you could see the Duomo. Rooms were spacious, comfortable beds. But the bathroom and shower situation for a family of five with grown children was extremely awkward. All doors were clear glass. We had to improvise and cover them with towels. It was a bit ridiculous.

Quarto espaçoso e silencioso. Design moderno. Café da manhã ótimo.

Amazing place! Loved the location and the overall condition of the room and hotel. Breakfast is good and the young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. I will come back.

Martina and Christina were welcoming, engaging and a pleasure to talk with - so friendly. The hotel is very modern and the entire crew ensure the place is very clean and hospitable. Our stay was an amazing experience.

Very nice stay at the studio.

The hotel was in a safe and pleasant area. Walking distance to the Duomo, super market, restaurant. It’s hidden so harder for taxi to arrive. There were many mosquitos in the area causing us to get bites throughout the night. continental Breakfast was good.

This hotel is soooooo nice. Breakfast is awesome. Especially the woman who serves food for breakfast was super nice and kind. Our family miss her. Thank you for everything.

Das Hotel behauptete, es hätte ein Problem mit unserem Zimmer gegeben. Ohne Entschuldigung und ohne weitere Erklärung wurden wir im Hotel auf der anderen Straßenseite untergebracht. Das hätte zwar angeblich einen Stern mehr, war aber sehr alt, seit langem nicht renoviert, die Tapete löste sich von den Wänden und es war so hellhörig, dass man subjektiv jeden Gast im Haus gleichzeitig gehört hat. Wir hatten ein elegantes Boutique Hotel gebucht und sind in einer gruseligen Absteige gelandet, ein extrem frustrierendes Erlebnis. Einzig das Personal versuchte mit viel Freundlichkeit noch etwas zu retten, aber dafür waren wir viel zu enttäuscht.
