Great location, a short way from all the action. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, good breakfast - would recommend.

Good location, close to shopping center and sightseeing within walking distance.

We chose this property due to its location, which was excellent. Staff were friendly and check in was speedy. Breakfast had a good selection. The room was spacious however it was a little noisy and could hear in the next rooms. Great value though!

Lovely hotel with a great location and friendly staff but there was a terrible smell from the drains in our bathroom in room 106 which I complained about but nothing was done and the checkout was pretty poor!!! They did not even ask me how our stay was. A bit disappointed 😞

The apartment was in an old house with clearly poor air quality. The apartment smelled very strongly of chlorine, which came from the jacuzzi in the basement. In addition, the apartment smelled of some kind of impurity. Possibly mold or something else. The smell even stuck to the clothes and did not come off the first time I washed it. In the bathroom, the water in the shower spread throughout the room. The floor was dangerously slippery. The apartment was located near the Verona Arena, but the hotel itself was 500 meters away. The breakfast was average.

The apartment was separate from the hotel, at some driving distance from the hotel. The apartment was however great and within close walking distance from the historic centre. However, we, perhaps by not reading carefully did not know this, so it was somewhat of a hassle to be dependent on hotel transport to and from the apartment as it in the no driving zone in the city. However, what really was the major drawback was the terrible parking. It is very difficult to pick up and drop of luggage at the hotel, and no drop off spot outside the hotel, and we used more than an hour driving around to find a parking place as the hotel recommend parking garage was full. And then we had to drag a car full of luggage on sidewalks to the hotel. So in conclusion. The room was great, the staff very helpful, but terrible parking when the garage nearby is full and be aware that the apartment is not located together with the rest of the hotel.

Terrible room, non-functional shower, they kick you out of breakfast as soon as the hour is up, and the girl at reception has a terrible attitude and is very rude.

Es war alles sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Einzig die Brause in der Dusche kann man in der Höhe nicht verstellen. Aber sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Sehr bequeme Betten. Wir würden dieses Zimmer jederzeit wieder buchen.

When I booked this hotel it says that the apartment I rented was in the build next to it no that I had to walk miles to get to the place. Very rude lady at the front desk, very bad directions to get to it.
