室多風景非常壯觀，看到群山雪嶺的美景。最美妙的是有個露天暖水池，可讓住客浸在溫暖水中欣賞美景的景色。 房間很大很舒適，我的房間是兩層複式，有露台，也有設施齊備的廚房。

tableware and cave are not clean , toilet door can’t close . If we know the room in the basement we wouldn’t order .

It;s a nice hotel. Near Banff downtown and away from crowds. Nice view provided.

Heater went down at our third night and the hot water is no longer available as well. That's insane under minus 28 degree. However, the hotel provides really nice environment and a overlook hot tub.

前台客服人員態度欠佳，因發生了點住宿費用問題，員工沒有給予拹助解釋清楚，只給了一個不知我們在做什麼的表情，事後說自己身體不舒服！這也不是一個專業人員應有的態度吧！感覺似有點種族歧視。

完美的酒店。我和朋友们都很开心。唯一遗憾的是使用了一个没有诚信的预定网站hotels.com，希望不要有更多的人被他欺骗，推荐使用agoda或booking预定。

房間大，有廚房與客廳，可以在鎮上超市買東西回來煮，房間門前就可以停車，整個房間有電暖氣，不需要把壁爐生火，壁爐生火會把房間弄的都是煙。位置離鎮上有點距離，需自行開車比較方便。雖然有免費公車可搭。

酒店在一个小山头上，环境好，安静，对度假，入住4晚的我们很合适，特别是厨房，和壁炉，我们太喜欢了。就是装修旧了点。酒店下面有免费巴士去班夫镇，约每20分钟有一班

离镇中心还是有一点距离，但是有车，特别方便。房间超级大。服务好

Bus service is available between hotel and downtown. Bus guest pass will be provided by hotel. Computer with printer is available for guest use (especially for us last minute printed out the boarding pass).

We have a large condo with 2 rooms plus a loft with 2 queens bed so we have a lot of space with just 5 of us. The hotel is great and we cook breakfast in the kitchen everyday. We saw there is a hot pool, very nice but we did not use it. We spend a night for BBQ dinner, quite a good choice as Banff restuarant is quite expensive and we can cook the steak and ribs

住2晚太少，駕車到市中心非常方便！下次去一定會再住！

環境很好，住宿的空間也很宽敞。有免費巴士到班夫大街及城堡飯店，對於不想開車去找停車位的人來說是相當方便的。

租了双卧室的小木屋，三张大床，非常适合一家老小来度假。有厨房很方便，酒店地理位置稍偏，但是离开嘈杂更适合休息和欣赏山景。露天的热水泡池太小，经常坐满人。
