房间里都是蟑螂，一晚上打死不少于十只。lot of bugs.

The service was subpar, and the ladies at the front desk were rude and not helpful. The alarm sounded at around midnight. It turned out to be a false alarm with no other explanation or apologies.

1) the power in the washroom didn't work 2) the telephone didn't work 3) there was a false alarm on the last day of stay. Can understand false alarm happens, but there is nobody explaining to or guiding the hotel guests

Nice view

The overall stay was nice ngl. Unfortunately the you may run into a couple of d head staff here and there.

Great ocean view room, but there are some bird noises on the other side

Worst check in experience in Hawaii, but other staffs are nice. Everything is up to a 3 stars hotel. Location is good, surrounding area is good. Lots of parking.

Hotel close to the Hilo Airport, clean rooms, and the free parking is great!

Nice hotel with easy fast check in, staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Room was very clean and big compared to the other near by hotel. The free parking is a plus, although it fills up fast in the evenings, you will still find a stall. There is a wonderful park near by and overall very quiet place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Great location to visit Volcanoes National Park and nearby beaches. It's a decent 3-star but could use some updates, more cleaning and maintenance.

Staff, location, restaurants and room were all excellent!

Great location, easy parking, check in went smoothly. Visited the lounge, wonderful service and food was great! Stayed the weekend, no ice in the ice machine, pillows were flat and beds a bit lumpy, if you don’t mind those inconveniences great place to stay.

The hotel was nice and close to the airport. Staff was helpful and friendly.

It would be nice if the rooms had microwaves and the ice machines worked, but we had a great time and would stay again when in Hilo.

It’s too bad other visitors are not considerate of the noise level they create late at night and early morning hours. A reminder by the hotel staff would be greatly appreciated.

The hotel was older but appeared to make best with what it had to offer. Dinning choices was limited on property. The vent in the bathroom was extremely dusty. The staff was excellent.

Carpet was wet next to the AC unit. Plugs did not work. AC never cooled room. It was rough. Close to the airport though and good view of coconut bay

Its convenient. Walkable and parking easy and accessible.
