I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.

Breakfast was good but parking lot wasn’t safe

Definetly a hidden gem. Extremely clean and has a unique air with it's perfect decor.

The staff at this property are absolutely wonderful and accommodating. I appreciate the care they take in making patrons feel well taken care of. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable.

House keeping is not at a level one would expect for this type of hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. They were able to provide us with an excellent recommendation for dinner.

Parking is an issue. there was, however, an alternate lot available within walking distance. Not particularly good for seniors.

It's an old building there aren't really any amenities there's a couple restaurants near by but nothing special. Don't select a room in the basement because it's exactly what it sounds like you're in a legit basement of what looks like an old jail house room was tiny 1 queen bed and just enough room to walk around the bed. Not sound proofed at all you can hear every person in the hallway talking or loud talkers next time.

We didn't stay for breakfast because we were meeting family elsewhere but it sure smelled delicious. The staff was super friendly and very easy going. Our room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again for sure.

The room was very clean and updated. The bed was soft and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. There is a restaurant on the property with excellent food and delightful wait staff. The food was delicious. A great experience overall.

By the time I got to the breakfast area there was no coffee, no hot items but two sausage.

Room for improvement in the breakfast but other than that all was good

At first we were put in the basement. The room should not have been a room. It was dark with a small window, damp, and the smell of mold hit you as you walked down the stairs. Open the door and immediately turned around and asked to be relocated to a different room. Staff obliged and was going to move us next door… we asked to be moved upstairs one level. Room was a little better no mold smell but smelt like cigarettes. As someone with severe respiratory issues I left after one night as I wouldn’t last another.

Breakfast did not look appealing, so I skipped it. Location is excellent. Should have two people on near checkout times. Staff should dress appropriately.

It was a good stay. So convenient for Down Town.

Very quaint boutique hotel. My first experience with a boutique hotel and was a great experience. Would recommend and stay there again
