AC unit was rattling and loud. The walls are thin. Overall, the place needs to be renovated. Only good thing was the location.

Great budget friendly stay at the beach! Immaculate room with comfortable and cozy linens. Front desk staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Perfect location for anything you want to do. Would definitely return!

The restaurant below had a noisy AC that made it difficult to sleep after the first night. The first night was bliss, nothing between the sounds of the ocean and our patio screen door. Facilities as expected for the price we paid. Dining options within walking distance were phenomenal. Hoping to make this trip again but want that first night experience for the whole booking.

Absolutely love the location. Couldn’t ask for a better spot for beach view and access. Wonderful view of the ocean and we loved walking the boardwalk every morning and night. Would stay here again without question.

Excellent location, nice friendly staff. Very very small bathrooms, TV barely works.

Property and rooms very outdated. Balcony railing was loose. 32.00 a day to park. Room was dingy and carpet was dirty. Rust on some fixtures in room. Very tiny, dark shower about the size of a phone booth. Nowhere in bathroom to place toiletries. Very loud. This was supposed to be a full ocean view but this was a partial ocean view. My grandkids did enjoy the pool. I would not stay here again for the price.

Great property it stay at, prob more so in the winter, does list AC but the one in our room didn’t work was so humid was miserable to be in the room was cooler outside. Other then that super good property the pictures make it look alot more to date and such it’s your standard motel vibe.

Air conditioning was not the greatest

The view was spectacular, the sound of the waves and the fresh ocean air added to the ambiance. Amazing and delicious food choices within walking distance. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming

This property is definitely old. Could use some updating here and there, but I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic time. Great location. Staff was friendly, courteous, helpful, and definitely in the right business. I hope to go back again someday.
