Very close to public transportation, yet, quite enough at night time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great price deal!

Super rapport qualité prix. Le personnel très sympa. Localisation géniale pour visiter les marchés de Noël (au bord du Rhin et Heumarkt)

We went to Köln for 2 days of stay. The reception service was quite good and polite. The room was clean and the location of the Hotel is very good. If we go again, I will probably stay here again.

The hotel is right on the river and located close to cathedral and town squares. Staff was friendly, courteous and polite. Complimentary breakfast was awesome

It was a lovely hotel, staff were very helpful, and was in good proximity to majority of places in the city. The only thing is the rooms are quite dated and means they don’t have any form of fridge in the room which would have been nice to have for a four star. Overall a lovely stay

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, die Lage ist toll, Blick auf den Rhein war herrlich. Wir werden wieder dahin gehen.

Friendly, comfortable, clean hotel with welcoming staff.

Nice hotel with a friendy staff. The breakfast was excellent with a fresh orange juice press which was also fun to use. The beds comfortable , a clean and complete bathroom with all the stuff you might need and nice view at on the river. What would we ask more. All things we wanted to see where on walking distance

We waren hier voor een bezoek aan de Kerstmarkten. Hotel was daar centraal in gelegen. De afstand tot de markten was gemiddeld 600 meter. Verder werd eennkeurig ontbijt verzorgd. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

The rooms are excellent, clean, large, well lit, and well appointed. The location and view we had to the Rhine was good and the staff were polite, efficient and engaging. In terms of value for money and quality I could not fault this Hotel.
