Not great customer service for 5 star hotel. Front desk staff rude, and not flexible. Restaurant staff were friendly though

Franchement l’hôtel est juste bien, je suis une cliente habituelle du Kenzi Agdal et plusieurs fois au Kenzi Rose aussi mais ces hôtels déclinent considérablement…. le 5 étoiles n’est pas du tout mérité : climatisation faible et capricieuse, mobilier vieillot, chambre vétuste, éléments rouillés ou manquants, salle de bain moyennement entretenue, néanmoins la chambre etait propre. Le point positif de cet hôtel est son extérieur : piscine, espaces verts très beaux et bien entretenus, tout comme le Kenzi Agdal d’ailleurs, le reste malheureusement est vraiment moyen. 2 gros points négatifs : - ATTENTION à ne pas réserver la navette de l’hôtel Kenzi Rose qui en réalité n’existe pas, ils font appel à un sous-traitant qui décide de venir ou non si la course est intéressante on est restés à attendre plus d’1h30 à l’aéroport à 23h30 avec 2 enfants en pleine chaleur une navette que l’on m’indiquait par téléphone à la réception «en route » mais n’est jamais arrivée (l’hôtel est à 5kms - 10 min de l’aéroport). - TRÈS MECONTENTE des réflexions désobligeantes du bagagiste qui me dit en grimaçant que j’ai trop de bagages lourds et je devrais voyager plus léger…

The staff was not helpful, boarder line rude

WiFi service very bad

Charging for water on a half board is embarrassing. Staff tells you to pay for water in front of other guests is terrible especially considering the amount we paid for the room and food.

Not a 5*, maintenance required, unprofessional staffs rarely understand English to communicate, overall not very satisfactory, same breakfast everyday, they don’t do MILK pods for TEA in your room - make sure you buy your own.

First I had to wait one and a half hour to get my room at 3:30 when I send a message at check in that I need a room at 2:00pm , also one towel was in room and we are 3 called to get more towels but no one showed up until I went down to the desk as 6:45 pm asking for the towels also the ac was not working and the room was hot I made a mistake coming to this hotel

Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel , il mérite pas du tout les 5 étoiles mais 3 étoiles voir pire.. personnel désagréable .. pas de Clim dans les pièces communes … tout est à revoir

It feels like heaven

When you call the front desk from your room the lady who answers does not speak English at all and keeps saying “ok 5 minutes” but a gentleman at the reception Nouseif really assisted us nicely. Breakfast was too overwhelming with everyone scrambling for food. Too much rush at the food counter and everyone is panicking.

Nice place in the city center. Just terribly packed at breakfast which felt like being in a train station at rush hour...

Ontbijt is zeer druk en klein en zeee veel lawaai je kan niet op jou gemak eten en Rijen zijn super lang.
