El baño está reformado pero la/s cama/s decepcionantes. Me confirmaron que era una cama grande y luego eran dos juntas y con los colchones súper incómodos, porque esto si que no lo han cambiado, y las almohadas casi inexistentes

Everything was in its majority great. The only comment is the breakfast could have some eggs choices added to it.

Estava há espera de um quarto inferior pelo valor que pagámos pela noite. O quarto era ESPETACULAR, grande, muito limpo e com decoração moderna. Muito acolhedor.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were nice and parking was great. Lots of restaurants near by. Beds were just not comfortable and the shower had no amenities. Just had an empty hand soap dispenser in the shower. No shampoo. Wash or conditioner. Breakfast was good for the price. Wouldn’t stay again though just based on the beds and shower.

The front desk staff were very attentive at all times. The hotel was clean and very nice inside. However, my rating is based on the room service, as the room was somewhat dirty. I also lost an item and, without making a direct accusation, it is concerning that it disappeared along with the envelope it was in. I hope the hotel is more careful when hiring housekeeping staff. Other than that, the quality and price match the description.

La calefacción no puedes adaptarla a la temperatura q quieres, jamás he pasado tanto frío. Tuvimos q pedir varias mantas u aún así, era insoportable.

The room was clean and front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The distance to central Madrid was long, however the bus directly to the airport was great.

Clean room and courteous staff!

Great rooms and great staff. Beds were comfortable. I could not get air conditioning to work, but it was cold enough to open the window. We also ate at the restaurant and it was hot and miss.
