Location is perfect. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. But, hotel of Regina, at Madrid, has better breakfast. I think what Hotel of Jazz can improve is therir breakfast. For example, some meats are over-burned and alsmot black-dark color, not healthy. Also, they may delay the breakfast hours to 11:00 AM (not 10:30 AM). Most hotels at Spain has the breaksfast hour up to 11:00 AM. Compare to Hotel of Regina, Hotel Jazz doesn'y have many meats choices. Anyway, breakfast is good but not great. Still, overall, Hotel Jazz is a great hotel. Charlie/Vivian

The hotel was wonderful. In a great location, very walkable to various spots in Barcelona. Breakfast had a variety of options, staff was friendly, room was bigger than expected and everything was well kept and clean.

部屋に入るとデスクにフロントからのレターがあり、シャワーのお湯とエアコンの不具合で対応中との知らせでした。お湯とエアコンが復旧したのはチェックインの翌々日でした。スタッフさんが丁寧な対応でしたので不快ではなかったですが、滞在中に不具合があったことは残念でした。部屋そのものはキュートでよかったです。

Beliggenhed i topklasse - lille men fin morgenbuffet. Venligt personale. 4 stjerne fordi vores værelse lugtede lidt af kloak - tænker den blot skal renses ellers var alt perfekt og baren på toppen af bygningen er rigtig hyggelig. Hotel anbefales helt sikkert og vi kommer igen.

This is my fourth time staying there and I did notice a little less attention to detail. Breakfast buffet wasn’t as buried as it used to be not as many staff members visible. Still a wonderful location would still go back just wouldn’t give it a 10 out of 10 like I did before.

Great location...close to many attractions. Hotel was also very nice and clean, with the usual amenities and mini bar. Hotel staffs were helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend

Clean room, fast internet, friendly staff.

The breakfast staff were very nice, the early check in was a nice surprise, the hotel was very clean, the housekeepers were very thorough and the rooftop was lovely with beautiful views. However, the front desk were horrible at making you feel welcome. Anytime we went in or out of the hotel, very rarely did they even look up to acknowledge us. A simple hello, goodbye, have a good day, how was your day, goes such a long way. Our experience at Hotel Catalonia Magdalenes the week before was a completely different experience. Each and every staff member was so friendly, chatty, gave us great tips as to where to go, brought us water, pastries without us asking. Hotel Jazz can really pick up their reviews by having their staff change this simple task even if they don’t mean it. If I didn’t stay at Hotel Magdalenes the week before I would never have really been able to tell the difference in the customer service.

Familjesviten var väldigt fin och utsikten i två väderstreck var härlig. Läget är jättebra men det enda som kan förbättras är frukosten. Förväntar mig mer av ett hotell av den standarden. Utbudet var ganska magert tyvärr
