The location is near to the train station. The hotel room is very big and tidy. There is a kitchen area with sufficient utensils and tools for guests to do cooking. The staffs are nice and helpful. Just a minor problem is that there is no air conditioner inside the room so it is a bit hot. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

Everything is good but there is no air con. Not so far to Part Dieu station.

No air conditioning in summer time

The room provides small kitchen with everything you need like water heater, coffee maker, refrigerator, micro waves and stove, wine glasses and plates...etc. The location is closed to metro and not far from train station. The room is really cleaned but extra cleaning fee may be charged if you didn't clean your room up, such as throwing garbage.

It's comfortable! The room is clean and well equipped.

A nice place to stay. It's a little bit hard to find the hotel if you use Google Map. A better way to find the hotel is to ask local people with the map, about 15 minutes walk or you can take T1(tramway). It's also near metro station. There are restaurants, a shopping mall and some shops in the neighborhood. There are only fans, no air conditioners in our room. It might be hot in summer if you stay here. We didn't open the window because there were mosquitoes outside. (there's no screens on the window). The room was clean though.

飯店離電車站不遠，房間很大很舒適。

很好, 酒店內有廚房以及一切所需廚具, 而且還有碗機!!!酒店最距離當地著名美食街市只有徒步2分鐘, 可以非常方便地享受異國煮食的樂趣!! 另外, 酒店位置非常適合2-3天LYON之旅的人, 要到機場的特別火車和火車站就在10分鐘徒步路程內, 而要到舊城區亦只是徒步15-20分鐘!!

VERY HELPFUL STAFF

Hotel lobby is under renovation until end of 2013, so the entrance area is small. Not affecting much except when you stay in 7th Floor cos the lift is located in renovated area.

I was so disappointed with the property especially given the rate. The property is undergoing a refurb, had furniture and cables everywhere in the foyer, they were also painting and had a temporary check in desk. One lift wasn’t working, the door to our room got stuck each time and was very hard to open, the rooms themselves weren’t great - one big disappointment and certainly not worth the price! In addition on arrival we were told they were over booked and were looking to send us to a sister property! Wouldn’t stay here again it recommend it.

It is not clear about the parking. The way you mention parking available let’s suppose the parking is included.

Propre agréable mais difficile pour ce garer

La cuisine était bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était dans une petite salle avec très peu d'espace. Je n'ai pas trouvé de place pour prendre le petit déjeuner 2/3 jours.
