这个酒店非常差，酒店实景比网上的图片差，而且虚假宣传。网上写的我们订的高级客房51寸或55寸彩电，实际上是20几寸得彩电。说是三星，其实顶天就两星。最主要的是我们住好几天，就叫他们把垃圾桶倒了，他们告知，要自己动手，又没叫他们搞卫生。害我老公跑几趟地下室倒垃圾，说臭不可闻。我们一家人才两卷纸，问前台多要一卷纸，告知要自己买。房里地毯非常脏，好像很久没清理过了。前台黑人小哥一问三不知。这个酒店除了位置好，离海边近，服务态度还可以，其他没有好的。建议看懂中文的朋友不要订这里。 Very bad hotel! Really liked this place. It's a good size, comfortable, great balcony and well-located close to tram stop. Being slightly outside the main tourist frenzy is nice and it's an easy walk to the centre and to the main train station. The kitchen is well-stocked but beware of the multiple threats of how much they are going to charge you if you actually use it! The difference between the warmth of the staff and the warnings that plaster the room was a bit jarring, and it's naughty that they advertise the kitchen but don't mention that it's an additional charge to use it. But it's fine if all you want is a cup of coffee and a bit of cheese for breakfast (just make sure you clean well before you leave!) and the fridge is a decent size so really useful to have. Overall a good base and reasonably priced for the area, especially given the size of the space.

Dejligt værelse ud mod gården med sol om eftermiddagen. Fremstår nyrenoveret. Veludstyret tekøkken. Velfungerende Wifi - dejligt ikke at skulle logge sig på dagligt. God beliggenhed!

Ideal for the centre of Nice

Air conditioning good, Laundry good, supermarket nearby. Reception very helpful. Breakfast available either to eat in or take away.

This property provided exactly what we needed - large studio type accommodation with a well set up kitchenette and access to laundry facilities. Great for a longer stay. Also a quick walk down to the main beach which was lovely!

Die Lage war für uns perfekt - Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Bahnstation um die Ecke mit der man eine direkte Anbindung an den Flughafen hat und genau 5 Min zu Fuß zur Promenade bzw. 20 Min in die Altstadt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war mehr als ausreichend. Würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen, wenn ich nach Nizza komme.

Fint sted. Kunne havde være dejligt med lidt info. Men vi fandt ud af det meste selv. Lidt stress ved tjek ind, da ingen var der. 2 søde piger hjalp os med at få fandt i nogle.

Excellent hotel-apartment with numerous nearby grocery stores, cafes, beaches. The property is equipped with all necessary kitchen supplies, comfortable bed, balconies. Customer service is exceptional, very friendly. We enjoined every day and will stop again if will be in this area.

Mein Zimmer war zur Straßenseite ausgerichtet - selbst bei geschlossener Balkontür war es super laut, da es überhaupt gar keine Isolierung gab. Das Wasser aus der Toilette tropfte nach der Spülung minutenlang nach und der Kühlschrank stank und war schimmelig. Mir wurde auf Nachfrage ein anderes Zimmer angeboten - dies war leider auch zur Straße ausgerichtet, aber zumindest sauberer. Insgesamt wirkte die

We stayed one night, then returned later in the week for an additional three nights. Both rooms were of decent size, with really great balkonies, though they faced a fairly noisy street (not a problem inside, butthose trash trucks are very loud when you just want to chat over a glass of French red vine!). Excellent AC. Place was clean, kitchen had what you need to get by on a vacation, but not for a prolonged stay. You have to clean the kitchen yourself and take out the trash or they charge you an additional EUR 40, which I have to say is a bit unusual and would be easier to accomplish if there was a dish brush and soap available. I picked the place because it stated it has parking. And it does. However, the spots are VERY small. We had rented a mid-size SUV, and I have more gray hairs from trying to park it at the hotel than I did upon arrival. If you have a small car, you have nothing to worry about, but a bigger one I do not recommend. The receptionists we dealt with were mostly really nice. One lady during the day shift seems super annoyed with everything we asked or did, not sure if she was uncomfortable about the English (most residents seemed to be French), but it came off as rude and standoffish, which tends to detract from the overall experience. At the end of the day, I would go back, so I suppose that speaks volumes.

This hotel had a lovely lady at check in who was friendly and helpful but that’s where the good thing ended. The room was okay but nothing like it showed in the photos. The three stand out worst things: it does NOT have a pool on the rooftop terrace. It is advertised as having one and even goes so far as to say ‘relax by the rooftop pool’ but I promise you, that’s a lie. There isn’t one. Second: there was a silverfish in the bathroom which is a form of cockroach, not nice at all and lastly but certainly not least is the noise from the street below. We were in a room above a traffic light and the noise from below was horrendous. Constant mopeds revving and cars/trucks going up and down stop starting. I cannot express how LOUD it was. It went on all night and we barely got 4 hours sleep, I kept thinking we’d left the doors or windows open because it was simply that loud but we hadn’t, it’s just so poorly sound insulated. It ruined our stay and we left 2 days early. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel.
