1 房間沒有牙刷牙膏，要自己去一樓櫃檯拿。 2 我的押金是用信用卡支付的，但是Check out 時，櫃檯的先生說會退押金到信用卡的賬戶上，現場沒有任何憑證，也不知道何時才能退押金。

现在在上海出差都是住在这里，性价比特别高。地理位置也很好。

房內燈光不足及冷氣不足

1. 空調 只有暖氣, 室內高溫卻無法調降溫度. 2. 浴室 溫水不足 ,忽冷忽熱.

Service is excellent

我非常喜欢这个酒店，不仅舒适方便，而且离开我经常从国外回去访问讲学的上海戏剧学院只隔开一条马路。酒店服务人员热情周到。

熱水不足，冷氣唔夠凍，前台工作人員服務一般。 不過價錢平。

Guys, don't book with this hotel. I cancelled my reservation before the deadline (have the screenshot to prove it) and they STILL charge me on my card and refused to refund. It is not booking fee, it is the ENTIRE hotel fee. When I checked in, I asked "hey, I saw this charge on my credit card." and they said it is only a guarantee and will be returned to me when I checked out. Don't stay with a lying and cheating hotel :) 千萬別訂這間飯店，我在期限前取消訂房，但他們還是扣款了，還堅持不退款。並不是預定費，而是住宿費全額。 入住時，我問櫃台人員，請問我被扣的這筆錢是什麼，他們說只是保證金，退房時會退款。別住一間會騙錢的飯店了吧各位。

近江蘇路地鐵站，乘坐11號線前往迪士尼交通方便，酒店容許2成人與2小童同住一房而不需加床，房間與睡床夠大。打掃人員亦主動增添多2套牙膏牙刷、飲用水等，一唯一美中不足者為冷氣不足夠！

房內設施看似不久前才翻新，具備茶水、燙衣、保險櫃，盥洗用具也是比較高檔的等級。我們很滿意，下次有機會再到上海，決定再住這家飯店。
