Hotel is very nicely managed. Owner of the hotel happened to take the night shift to manage the front desk. He upgraded to a super large 2 bedroom. We had friendly chat.

A good hotel in general at convenient location to a lot of nearby shopping centres! The staff at the front-desk are very helpful. But there are rooms for improvement in cleaniness (e.g. covers for bed and pillows were never replaced during my 8 days stay there, the cooking pot and frying pan were seriously worn-out, cups and plates were not cleaned)

Property was perfect for me except for the road noise. Couldn’t get any sleep Ask for a back room then it won’t be a problem

Fantastic accommodation, especially for what I paid. Clean. Quiet. Easy tram access. Managed to get in after hours with a call to the late night service team who were helpful. Recommended.

Whole entire apartment was spotless. Staff was more than helpful. The only negative we would have is the shower over the bath was hard to get into. Maybe need a handle to help an older person get in. They still deserve a 10/10 though...

Es gab keinen Frühstück. Zimmer war Sauber einmal in der Woche kamm Zimmer Service um Sauber zu machen, wir hatten Küche das wir unsere Frühstück und Abendessen selbst gemacht haben. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
