Nice area and very convenient to go to Shinjuku train station

It's purely the room that I have issue with. I understand that this is the smallest (also the cheapest room) but the cleanliness really needs to be better. The exterior of the trashcan is full of dirty stains like it was never clean before. The lower bed (or I can say thin mattress) is almost like it was on the ground... can smell how stink the carpet was when laying down. The hotel lobby is nice and breakfast was acceptable.

Staff resepsionis cewek n bag breakfast kurang ramah, sedangkan kami nginap 9malam untuk 2kamar. Saya btahan karena malas pindah-pindah koper. Semoga kdepan nya akan lebih baik. Karena yang saya tau orang jepang tkenal ramah.

Hotel bersih dan rapi, staff helpful, cuma aga jauh dari stasiun shinjuku.

Good location, just walking distance to shinjuku shopping areas.

Saya udah 3x nginep di sini, tapi taon ini saya dapat di bagian belakang hotel yang mana hotelnya baru, dengan mesin kopi di bawah lobby nya yang tersedia dari jam 7 pagi ampe jam 8 malam. Tambah nyaman nginap di sini.

The location is great. They serve international breakfast. Yoshinoya is only 5 meters away. Additional amenities is available near the front office. Lotion, comb, face cream, you name it. Worth it!

It was OK, not too bad but also not good either, the location was in the strategic place for shopping but quite far from shinjuku station. The room was very tiny I'm not recommend if you have large luggages cause no space at all! And during my stay I guess there were some renovation so the elevator a bit dirty and the wall was very tiny I can hear someone snored from next door! But there were also good things, the staffs were helpful and the bathroom has bathtub.

Menginap 3 malam disini, hotel bagus di pinggir jalan. Kamar bersih walau ukuran kecil seperti hotel kebanyakan di Jepang. Yang saya baca katanya 10 menit dari station shinjuku mungkin untuk orang jepang. Kalau orang indo seperti saya jalan kaki hampir 20 menit. Kalau tahu lumayan agak jauh dari awal seharusnya saya naik taksi dari station karena agak repot bawa anak dan 2 koper, thanks Rose Garden.

Staf ramah, room oke, lokasi cukup strategis.

Kamar kami tidak ditutup dengan benar sama claning service, setelah dikomplain mulai kamar tidak dibersihkan dengan benar.

Lokasi strategis karena dekat sekali dengan stasiun metro. Petunjuk lokasi pada website mudah sekali diikuti, saya tidak kesulitan menemukan hotel waktu pertama kali. Ada can di shop 100 di dekat dengan hotel. Ada mcd juga dan matsuya. Ini keistimewaan hotel ini. Namun, ukuran ranjang sempit. Ukuran kamar juga.

Lokasi sangat baik dekat dengan Yoshinoya, family mart, McDonald. Tidak jauh dari Shinjuku stasiun. Hotel yang kamarnya mungil tapi lengkap perlengkapannya.

Lokasi hotelnya sangat strategis, cuma 100-an meter ke Metro subway deket juga dari Shinjuku Station. Sebelah hotel persis ada Yoshinoya seberangnya ada Mc Donald. Beberapa meter sebelah hotel ada 7eleven dan Lawson. Hotel sangat bersih dan perlengkapan toilet komplit. Lokasi deket juga ke tempat start Tokyo Marathon

The staff in the hotel is very polite and helpful, the location is very good just one stop from Shinjuku station on the Marunochi line. you can get to coin laundry nearby (5 mins walk). The downside is that the room is so small but most Tokyo hotel is small

ห้องเล็กไปหน่อย แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบมากๆ เหมาะสำหรับ 1-2 คน เดินทางสะดวกดี โดยรวมเมื่อเทียบกับค่าใช้จ่าย ok ครับ

Strategic location, but bed too small for 2 people

Very good location (~50m from Metro Nishi-Shinjuku Station exit 1) , clean & nice staffs.
