The staff was friendly and everything was great

El hotel es muy lindo y bien ubicado, lo único que no me gustó es que las cortinas no son muy oscuras y entra luz en la habitación, y que la pared del baño es de vidrio y con la luz se ve que estás en el inhodoro

habitacion limpia pero le hacia falta limpieza detallada, los puebles un poco abandonados; pero la estancia estuvo bien ya que era de trabajo.

Best few items: the AC worked extremely well, breakfast was good a few more hot items would have been nice. Coffee was excellent as well as the breakfast staff. Good location with the mall turning around and getting new life to it. All of the staff really tried hard to make you feel comfortable. Cons: the thursday night sushi buy one get one free is a total disaster. The staff doesn't understand how the promotion works,you have 5 flavors to choose from but cannot mix and match even though its a set price. If you dont want 2 of the same rolls you ha e to pay an additional 3 dollars. I think its just to make yhe job easier for the sushi cook. Next, the bed was hard and it was just a mattress on a cheap wood box frame. Every time you moved in the bed it sounded as if it was gonna fall apart. Lastly, soundproofing is really bad, you hear everything that is happening in all the rooms around and above you. Overall i would stay again but maybe upgrade yo a suite and ask to be put on a floor that is not that occupied if possible. And bring a screwdriver to tighten the screws on the bed so it doesn't make sooo much noise.

The front desk spoke English that was a huge help ... the room had a broken bathroom door lock. And didn't close. The H-VAC NEEDS TO be cleaned and sanitized. The a c did work well. Our room, on the 27 floor was quiet. It also came with a nice view. The windows do not open for any fresh air. They advertised that they have a steam room. But of course it was broke down. ITSOUNDS down for a long time.. NO ICE MACHINES. NO WATER MACHINE'S IN THE HALLWAYS. NOVANDIAN MACHINES TO GET SNACKS. the bathroom sink was loose and made it hard to use. But it did work. STAFF WERE KIND. THAT I REALLY APPRECIATED.!! THE 3 ELEVATORS WORKED WELL AND OPERATED RELATIVELY FAST. THE LOCATION AND PARKING WAS GREAT SO WAS OVER HEAD TUNNEL ACCESS TO THE MALL AND CASINO .. SUPER COOL 😎

First room was noisy. The staff responded very fast and gave us another room. All well after that.

Simple room decor with the hotel showing its vintage in various areas. The buffet breakfast was very good with various hot and cold items. The Megapolis Mall across from the hotel is also in need of updating.

Great hotel and location. Great breakfast as well. I found hair on the bathroom floor. The shower doesn’t hold all the water. Everything time I took a shower, I had to use a towel to dry the floor. Staff was friendly.

Wow! Nicest hotel at. Great price. Good food and great spa too!
