Staff was great. Location was great too. Room comfortable but some mold in bathroom.

This is my second time booking this hotel because I had an early morning flight from Incheon International Airport. Even though my stay was very short, it was a very pleasant one 😊. They also have a free shuttle from/to Incheon Airport, you can ask the front desk or see the schedule on their website. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room is very clean and spacious.

The location is walking distance to Incheon International Airport. The front desk was professional in answering all my questions. There is a convenience store right by the elevator to the guest rooms. The room is also really clean, though I didn't get the chance to sleep there because I had a morning flight to catch.

The hotel located is very strategic, closer to Incheon International Airport (ICN) & Paradise City, clean & cozy room. All staff are friendly & helpful. The resto has great variance & taste of meals. Overall, the hotel is great to stay with complete facilities & will recommend to friends & colleagues. Thank you

Inchoen terminal 1 near hotel.

I have to leave ICN early in the morning, so I choose this hotel. I came to ICN by train and used the Paradise City bus. I spent time there and walked to Best Western. Caution! The gate of Paradise City is closed at 22:00. The hotel is OK, good value, clean with a 24/7 shop inside. The local bus stop is within walking distance for early birds.

Good place for transit, the room is OK. The shuttle bus service also great. Excellent!

Receptionist was so helpful, best western located near the airport and provide free shuttle bus which is very useful! 💕. The view is amazing! 🙆🏻‍♀️

got really nice room space & friendly staff

The Room 816 was not as we expected(the pictures provided by the traveloka), old creepy furniture and the air conditioner's not working that we called the front desk for technician (non speaking English one) to fix the ac. It was quite disappointing.

Air Con no working but hotel manage to change a new room, it takes after 1hr
