天哪！这家酒店简直是噩梦！客房服务慢得要死，地毯和房间从来不吸尘，连床单都没换。 房间超级小，而且工作人员简直无语，从来不帮我搬行李什么的。 这家酒店真是太糟糕了，我绝对不推荐任何人入住！ 要不是通过Traveloka预订，而且已经付了5晚的房费，我一进门就走了。大堂总是人满为患，吵得要命。以后再也不会来了！真是太糟糕了！

工作人员非常友好、乐于助人并且会照顾你。我强烈推荐这个地方。

After a late-night arrival at 11 PM, my stay at Dorsett Wan Chai got off to a rocky start—my room wasn't ready. We met Brian at the front office and he checked back-and-forth. Thankfully, we made it to the room, it was comfortable, but the view—a cemetery—was an unexpected surprise not mentioned on the website. While not superstitious, it wasn't the relaxing backdrop I had in mind. Brian at the front desk stepped in, offering an upgrade to a more spacious room, which was a relief after learning how small Hong Kong hotel rooms typically are. Toiletries weren't provided, but they were available for 1 HKD at a lobby vending machine. Drinking water was also missing, with bottled water sold for 7.5 HKD and refills available at a hallway dispenser. The hotel's free shuttle service is handy but not perfectly punctual, so add 3-5 minutes to your schedule. It only offers drop-offs, so you'll need to find your way back. Early flights can be challenging as the MTR doesn't operate before 6 AM, and getting a taxi in the early hours proved difficult without much help from staff. Dorsett Wan Chai offers decent comfort and a central location but comes with quirks. If you book here, confirm room details and plan ahead, especially for transportation. And if you meet Brian, you're in good hands.

Staff hotel sangat ramah dan sangat membantu saat check -in.

Kami menginap di sini membeli kamar yang harganya mahal untuk double bed 1 buah dan 2 single bed tertulis di keterangan. Tapi ternyata yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan deskripsi. Kata dan atau itu sangat jauh berbeda. Sewaktu kami protes kenapa di kamar hanya kasur 2 single bed yang diberikan. Staff berkata bahwa pilih salah satu. Mau bed yang double 1 buah atau 2 single bed. Dideskripsi jelas tertulis “1 double bed dan 2 single bed”. Yang artinya itu 3 tempat tidur. Ini namanya penipuan konsumen.

Great hotel but quite far away from the MTR station. The room was cleaned, but one thing, there is no concierge to suggest a plan, and when we ask to make up the room, the cleaning is disorderly. I will love to stay at this hotel. I'll be back to stay with Dorsett again. Thank you 🥰.

Lokasi agak jauh dari tempat makanan, tapi jangan khawatir karena disediakan shuttle bus.

The hotel location is near bus stop, MTR, and Tram station so it really accessible. Mini markets are 5 mins away. The staff is super nice. I love that they're really fluent in english.

服务很好，靠近奥马尔清真寺，可以吃穆斯林和清真食品，而且去铜锣湾也很方便

Hotelnya nyaman, fasilitas oke. Stafnya ramah dan very helpful, ada shuttle juga ke pusat-pusat keramaian. Harganya worth it. Alhamdulillah puas banget stay disini.

Hotel s very cute and use for very great products from Elemis in bathroom. But little bit far from MTR btw very close with tram. There re shuttle bus service, easy for getting around in HK island area. by the way 1st staying , I the got room little bit quite good view cuz lower floor But 2nd staying, we all 2rms got very nice view, and family room is bigger than 1st staying 👍. Great service from concierge, help us from luggages when checked out and use shuttle bus service. Great service from hotel management that we the got about the apologize for missing the shuttle bus when it had protesting and changed the way for pickup location , and missed the time that shuttle bus should be on that pickup time

我已经多次入住这家酒店了，如果想去太平山顶，只需乘坐一辆巴士即可，而且离湾仔站和铜锣湾站都很近。如果您想住在清真食品区，这里绝对是最佳选择。

Hotel terletak di tempat yang cukup starategis dari wanchai MTR butuh waktu 7 menit untuk jalan kaki. Kamar kecil untuk ukuran triple room, tapi sangat memuaskan ruangannya bersih, dan sangat rapi. Semua yang saya butuhkan ada di dalam kamar. Untuk bepergian tidak usah kuatir karena ada shuttle bus yang disediakan dari hotel menuju MTR causeway bay. Ada sedikit tambahan untuk para staf harus lebih fasih lagi berbahasa inggris.

Lokasi hotel cukup strategis, mudah dicari dan cukup nyaman.
