It's close to CBD and everything. It has a car park as well. The lady was lovely. It was a great experience staying there.

Hotels staffs are friendly and location is a bit far from city. I stayed for 7 days but from the first day until I checked out seem like the bedsheet never changed. Two three days never changed I still can take it but more than three days never changed I think it is too much.

Family type hotel with big and clean family rooms. It has kitchen and suitable for family or friends trip in Melbourne. The location is perfect, quiet and the staffs are nice and helpful. It is 2 floors hotel, with no lift or elevator. Not suitable for disable, wheelchair guest or elderly due to 2 floors stairs challenge.

maimi hotel is very convenient... near to victor market, IGA super market, post office, Melbourne city. you can uber from Melbourne international airport. there is bathroom, kettle and fridge in room.kitchen for daily cooking, DIY washer and dryer using coins. Lounges with free wifi, newspaper and you can join local tour at the counter. cafe just downstairs for meet up small chat. nice friendly staff. thank you very much.

The location is great. The room is comfy. The kitchen is neat. The downside is only no elevator in the building.

It's a small budget hotel in Hawke Street. I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the room facilities. Terry cloth replaced every day. Friendly staff. Self-operated washer and dryer provided. The pantry and kitchen for the guests is well kept and clean. The hotel located within the free tram zone for Melbourne. 10 minutes walk to Victoria Market. The surrounding area well kept, clean and safe. Highly recommended for budget tourist like me.

Good value, comfortable and clean. But need to walk about 10 mins or so to get to free tram zone. Aircond is controlled by reception, which can be inconvenient.

Kamar saya untuk 4 orang, 1 double bed dan 2 single bed. Size cukup untuk 4 orang. Kamar ada lemari es, AC/Heater. Saya menginap 3 malam dan sangat puas menginap di miami hotel.

I had a great time at this hotel. The receptionist is very helpful. I had an early check out because my flight was on 6 am. They already stand by on the desk on 3am. The room was a little bit too small, but it's very cozy and comfortable.

Good basic place to stay for vacations, with a kitchen for cooking own meals. Do not expect to store your multiple luggages in the hotel as the store room are small and if one or two luggage only allowed to store for day time till latest get it by night time, no overnight allowed. Locations are ok only as you need 10mins walk to nearest free tram zone in Queen Victoria Market station, unless you enjoy walking then is good. Overall is ok and price are economical.
