รร.ดีค่ะ ที่ตั้งไม่ไกลหาด สถานที่ก็สวยดี พนักงานก็น่ารักบริการดี แต่เตียงเสริมแพงไปหน่อย ละก็อยากให้ปรับปรุง Amenity Set ให้คุณภาพดีกว่านี้ อาหารเช้าสไตล์ต่างชาติสุดๆค่ะ แต่ก็เข้าใจได้ เพราะมีแต่ต่างชาติที่เข้าพัก

เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในราคานี้ที่เคยพักมาเลยค่ะ ให้ 10 ดาวเลย เรื่องความสะอาดเต็ม100 เลยค่ะ

การบริการดีมากค่ะ พนักงานใส่ใจดูแลลูกค้าดีมาก แต่ห้องพักแอร์ไม่เย็นค่ะ อาจจะบางห้องเย็นบางห้องไม่เย็น แต่ที่เราไปพักเจอไม่เย็น เลยขอย้าย อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบบุฟเฟ่ห์ ทานได้ค่ะ อร่อยดี สรุปโดยรวมชอบค่ะ

We had a 5 days 4 nights stay here. It was an average stay. For some reason, our room wasn't completely stocked up with things like bedroom slippers, laundry bag and etc. We had to ask for it. Even the complimentary bottled water were not provided after the room make-up. It gave us the feeling that things were done half heatedly. Nevertheless, the overall stay was pleasant. Convenient stores was nearby. Plenty of affordable restaurants around. The beach was just like a 5 mins walk away. There's a great massage - Oriental Massage on the way to the beach/ opposite Kata Mama.

The hotel was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had very minor issues along the way and the staff took care of everything quickly and professionally. The Sea View room was worth a little extra cost. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking out on the ocean, both to watch surfers and also just to look out at the ocean at night. The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Other reviews have noted that there are a lot of stairs. This is true, but my family enjoyed that because we were eating so much food both at the hotel and otherwise.

Good buffet ! Polite! But swim pool is very small !

พนักงานบริการดี ทั้งส่วนlobby ห้องอาหาร สุภาพ พูดเพราะ จองมาเตียงเดี่ยว ได้เตียงคู่ พนักงานเปลี่ยนให้ภายหลัง เจอแมลงสาป1ตัวในห้องน้ำ แต่แม่บ้านมาจัดการให้อย่างรวดเร็ว จองห้องปลอดบุหรี่ แต่ยังได้กลิ่นบุหรี่อยู่ค่ะ อาหารเช้าหลากหลายพอใช้ได้ รสชาติโอเค ไม่ได้จองมาพร้อมห้อง ไปซื้อหน้าห้องอาหาร มีpromotionพอดี บุฟเฟ่คนล่ะ200บาท(ปกติ500) ใกล้หาดกะตะ เดินไปได้ โดยรวมถือว่าดีค่ะ

โรงแรมโดยรวมสวย ใกล้หาด เดินไปหาดกะตะได้แค่2 นาที มีที่จอดรถ มีผ้าเย็นและเวลคัมดริ้ง ไอสครีม ชอบมาก ในห้องอุปกรณ์ครบครัน ห้องน้ำมีสายชำระ มีอ่างน้ำ สระน้ำสวยทั้ง2 สระ พนักงานต้อนรับลูกค้าดี ที่ชอบที่สุดคือ ไปเที่ยวหน้าโลซีซัน ขออัปเกรดห้องวิวสวนไปซีวิวได้ฟรี (แต่ห้องซีวิวอยู่สูงเดินไกลซับซ้อนไม่เหมาะแก่เด็กและคนชรา) สรุปโดยรวม ให้ 8 เต็ม10

The best place for stay in Phuket. Near beach, Family Mart, Main Street, Pharmacy, and Seafood Restaurant that affordable. Had a blast. Nice and kind staffs, swimming pool is also great. They got welcome drinks too !

Highly not recommended. Very bad service. Staffs that are unreasonable and rude. The high-end deluxe rooms are very inaccessible requiring 3 lift rides and lots of walking. They're also very badly maintained. Heater not hot, toilet bowl that couldn't flush stuff away. Stains everywhere. Really bad. We paid and prebooked 2 months sea view and were given option for connecting room. Upon reaching the said connecting room requests not 100% guaranteed. That's b**ls**t. No reason why it couldn't be done. Next thing we know room are fully booked we have to wait 30 minutes so I argued with manager. They gave me a normal room under the sea view rooms that can't see the sea view as it's blocked by the building in front of my room. How is that sea view? Will never go back again and don't recommend anyone booking this place.

บริการดีครับ เป็นกันเอง และสะดวกสบาย แต่อยากให้แนะนำลูกค้าหน่อยครับ เรื่องทัวน์ เรื่องรถรับส่งต่างๆ
