Good staff, breakfast, location. But the room is quiet old, the curtain is not light prevention type. The air conditioner stop at late night 🥵.

Was really satisfied with this hotel! Bed was super comfy, the room was really clean and spacious, and all the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The buffet breakfast had a big variety of different foods for everyone, and the hotel was in a safe, family-friendly location with plenty of restaurants and 7/11’s around, and also very close to Kata Beach. We were especially impressed with how the guards were able to manage such a small carpark in such an efficient way. Looking forward to staying here again next time I’m in Phuket!

Kamar hotel cukup besar dan mudah dicari, dekat dengan karon view point dan karon atau kata beach. kalau dari bandara cukup jauh, Sekitar 1.5 jam di siang hari dan 1 jam di pagi hari pakai 5 pagi. Breakfast cukup variatif dan suasana cukup menyenangkan. Kalau ke Patong/bangla dan phuket town waktunya sekotar 30 menit sampai 1 jam kalau kena macet. overall cukup memuaskan.

Was here for a family vacation. The service is good. Staff are very friendly and smiley. The grand deluxe room was very big. AC was very good. The only downside for the room is the 32" TV that was tiny comparing to the room size. My another complaint would be food for breakfast that was so so. Nothing special. Fitness room is small, but it's enough. There are 2 swimming pools with plenty of areas for relaxing around them in the hotel. There is a 7-11 near the hotel. Just on the left next to Hippo supermarket. Kata beach is quite nice and not too far although the road in the area is not very friendly for pedestrians (no footpath in some areas). If you are to stay at this hotel, just do not forget to ask for a second room key card, which doesn't cost more. And do go to enjoy the nice beach, the sea wave and the sand.

ในส่วนของโรงแรมเป็นโรงแรมไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดีมากตั้งแต่ล็อบบี้พนักงานยกกระเป๋า รปภ. พนักงานห้องอาหาร ราคาไม่แพง อาหารเช้าดี ไม่ไกลหาดมาก ตินิเดียวตรงที่จอดรถมีจำกัด อาหารบริเวณนั้นเป็นร้านอาหารเหมาะกับชาวต่างชาติ street food มีน้อย

พัก2คืน​ จองห้องพักวิวสระ​ว่าย​น้ำได้วิวสวน​ แต่พอทักพนง.ไป​ พนง.บอกว่าแขกทุกท่านที่มาพักที่นี้ก็จองวิวสระว่ายน้ำมาทั้งหมดคะ​ ถ้าจะรอห้องต้องยกของลงไปข้างล่างอีกครั้งและรอห้องใหม่เสร็จ​ก่อน​ ระบุเวลาไม่ได้ว่าเสร็จ​ตอนไหน​ ซึ่งเราเดินทางมาถึงก็ต้องการการพักผ่อน​ แล้วทำไมไม่ระบุในระบบการจองไปแต่แรกเลยละคะว่าวิวสระว่ายน้ำเต็ม​ ค​ืนที่2ถ้าต้องเปลี่ยนต้องขนของลงมาข้างล่างและรอห้องช่วงบ่าย​ ซึ่งที่พักลงลิฟมาก็ต้องเดินลงบันไดต่อ​ เรามีเด็กของก็จะเยอะรุงรังมาก​ พนงต้อนรับไม่มีคำขอโทษ​ ได้รับแต่การชักสีหน้าใส่​ ไม่พอหลังจากที่เรากลับจากการเที่ยวเกาะมาถึงห้องพัก​ประมาณ​ 17.00น.​ ห้องยังไม่ทำความสะอาด​ พนง.แจ้งว่าทำไม่ทันแขกเยอะ​ เราต้องรีบออกจากห้องเพื่อให้แม่บ้านทำความสะอาด​ เป็นการพักผ่อน​ที่เสียความรู้สึก​มากๆ​ แต่ชื่นชมพนง.ห้องอาหารเช้ากล่าวทักทายยิ้มแย้ม​ดีคะ
