飯店和服務都不錯，旁邊還有一座清真寺，是對穆斯林友善的飯店。

房間其實還不錯，挺寬敞的，尤其是大廳，工作人員也很熱情。但是，客房清潔做得不夠徹底。房間裡有很多螞蟻，蟲子也很多，連床上都有，而且我在冰箱裡還發現了上一位客人剩下的食物。房間走廊看起來也陰森森的，氣氛有點詭異。

這家酒店很棒。飯店有游泳池，不過很小，可能只有小孩才能舒服地游泳。飯店通道很寬敞，從明古連地鐵站步行到飯店只需4分鐘。強烈推薦！

從入住到退房一切都很順利。前台工作人員和清潔人員都非常友好。 我注意到房間裡有一些蚊子和一隻臭蟲，因此建議進行熏蒸消毒。 謝謝。

The biggest issue was the room quality; the furniture was quite old, the wooden floor was blistered, and the black grout in the bathroom looked very dirty. Everything else was good: the breakfast was delicious and high-quality, the location is very central and right next to a train station, making it convenient to travel to many places. Personally, I think if you are not too concerned about the room's condition, this is a well-priced hotel for a holiday.

Good enough for me and my wife. The location is convenient, pretty close to the MRT station. The food was nice, even though the variety was limited.

It was an amazing experience staying at Bencoolen Hotel. I was with 2 seniors and my wife, they enjoyed the vibes and the location. They served a decent breakfast as well. This hotel is good if you stay with seniors.

Best hotel .. dekat dengan Mrt , bus station, Bugis, fort canning , dekat dg tempat makan , ada masjid di samping hotel, breakfast oke di banding kita harus nyari sarapan diluar .. kamar selalu di rapikan..

Ehm lumayan bagus dekat MRT yang penting.
