Decent hotel for a rest stop. It 's not premium but gets the job done.

The room was dirty, the aircon was leaked when my fourth night stayed. Thanks the hotel for change and upgrade my room but the aircon at new room also leaked. On my third night stayed.the Lift was not working. I stayed at 6 th floor so I used the emergency stair to coming down.

Saya menginap 7 malam di hotel ini. Dan akan menginap di sini lagi jika ke Perth. Rekomen deh. 👍

Hotel terletak di tempat yang strategis. Dekat public transport. Dari dan ke bandara mudah. Ke City juga bisa jalan kaki. Sehingga kalau kita mau pulang malam dan public transport sudah jarang, kita bisa pulang dengan jalan kaki. Kamar luas, kamar mandi bersih, AC ok. Rekomen deh. 👍👍👍

Staf ramah , hotel ini dekat dengan halte bus. Hotel ini kuno perlu renovasi kamar serta kamar mandi sudah kuno .Kami di sini tinggal lebih 3 malam lantai karpet tidak pernah di bersihkan, beruntung kasur masih dirapikan. Tisu kami harus minta lagi ke bawah. Handuk tidak di ganti. Wifi buruk 🤦🏼‍♀️

Comfortable place to stay and very clean room 💝

This hotel is just at the right path for family or friends gateways. The free pass city bus station is just nearby or only take few minutes walking to the city if you love walking. The room we got was so spacious and nice for four of us. Their service was impeccable! Their staffs were helpful, friendly and kind. Willing to help if you need their hands. Thank you Comfort hotel. I'll come back here if I happen to visit this place again.

near to CAT bus station, easy to access to public transport. However, no housekeeping on 25.5.2019 staying even though our booking was until 26.5.2019. No complimentary coffee and toiletries since 24.5.2019.

Kamar nyaman, disediakan perlekapan seperti handuk, smart TV (pada salah satu kamar), setrika, minumam, WiFi, dan lain-lain. Terdapat juga parkir gratis selama tempat masih ada. Selalu dibersihkan oleh petugas kecuali pasa hari libur nasional setempat. Lokasi tidak jauh dari CBD, dekat dengan bus (transperth) dan cat. Ke Hay Street Mall agau CBD bisa naik Red CAT tepat dari depan hotel ataj berjalan sejauh 1Km. Disekitar hotel terdapat swalayan, restoran (thai, kebab, dll) juga tempat penyewaan mobil

very bad. rooms are not packed on a regular basis. sheets and pillows are not properly arranged, lack of bath towels, footwear, soaps and so on. need to phone to the counter every day due to lack of something.

Comfort hotel same as the name "Comfortable". We can easy to go way especially walking around city. Easy to get breakfast and clean.

Even though my stayed at the hotel was brief, but overall it was a nice experience. The staff were friendly and location is strategic just nearby convenience store and restaurants.

Great 3 stars hotel, but they do not provide toothbrush, toothpaste, nor welcome drink. At the lobby, there is a free to use microwave. Near to bus stop. Selecting this hotel will reduce transportation cost, since all buses in Perth Central Business District. are free (not only Central are transport buses, also Transperth Buses in Free Transit Zone = Central Business District). Free a good quailty WIFI 1GB per day, ask the voucher to the receptionist. AC with heater OK, Hot water OK. Lift OK. We will back again.
