Le matelas de notre chambre était complètement fini je l’ai mentionné à la réception ainsi que la piscine fermée il fessait 38 degré cette journée nous sommes aller du 10 au 12 juin et les hôtel voisine leurs piscine était ouverte elle nous dit à réception que le spa est ouvert mais il était vraiment sale et beaucoup trop chaud pour la journée donc nous sommes partie se chercher un lac que nous avons trouver

Staff not very helpful, at check in I was told that parking is 25$ a day but they would comp it since the hotel was not very busy. At check out the charge was there for the parking and the person at reception did not want to honor what was said at check in by another associate.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with information. However the swimming pool was closed on June 12 which was surprising since other hotel pools were open and it was almost 30 degrees outside. The beds and fold out couches were not great to sleep on unfortunately. For the price we paid per night, the sleep was uncomfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked.

Le positionnement de l’endroit était parfait. L’endroit était propre. La petite cuisine est un must pour ne pas avoir à être 3 fois par jour au resto. Le personnel a l’arrivée A1

J'ai adoré l'endroit ! Très bon rapport qualité prix. J'ai trouvée dommage que la piscine soit fermée, mais c'est ma faute puisque je n'avais pas porter attention mais c'etait mentionner au moment de la reservation qu'elle etait fermée. Sinon tout etait parfait

Prise du sechoir non fonctionnelle donc pas de sechoir Pas d’eau chaude a la douche ce matin J’ai demande chambre pres de l’ascenceur j’ai eu la plus loin J’adore cet endroit d’habitude

Ca fait 3 ans qu'on loue ici pour le tournoi de dek et toujours impecable!

Everything ok

The EV charging stations underground need better management from the building administration because many people behave disrespectfully. Even after their cars are fully charged, they neither unplug them nor move them, sometimes for days.

Is good

The room was clean an spacious with a great view. Hotel is at the bottom of the mountain and well situated. There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast which was inconvenient when compared to the other hotels around.

Belle chambre bien située au cœur du village. Nuit calme sans bruit dérangeant. Somme toute, un beau séjour à la tour des voyageurs. Des bornes électriques sont disponibles dans le garage.
