非常近郵輪碼頭‘去其他景點也非常方便。地點在市中心。 週圍有各式各樣的食市。 自由行非常安全，沒有黑人及小偷。

总体来说还可以，就是酒店没有停车场，对面的收费停车场一晚20欧，还是比较贵的。

Located between the old town and new town. Easy to access every spots and shopping street. But there is no free wifi connection in room, only in public area. Breakfast is pretty nice, offered fresh yogart and famous Sicilian dessert Canolo.

Great front desk staff, fabulous free breakfast with extensive selection of food and drink, walkable neighborhood with numerous shops and restaurants - watch out for the cars, scooters, motorbikes & other vehicles zipping through the very narrow streets!

Vi havde ved indtjekning udtrykkeligt bedt dem komme med vores bil kl. 8.00, da vi havde en flyafgang. Dette havde de glemt!!!!. Vi kunne få den om 1/2 time. DETTE ER IKKE GOD SERVICE.

The room was huge and I loved that plus the AC. It’s oddly noisy (I was on floor 2) but traffic and garbage trucks for 3 nights. Water pressure in the bathroom was great and so was breakfast. Surprised that they only offered shampoos and hand soap as toiletries. Otherwise really good stay. American like space and 2 double beds!

O hotel tem uma ótima localização. Mercure sempre atende bem nos propósitos que ele oferece. O único porém que tenho a dizer sobre a minha estadia, foi que fomos alocados em um quarto em um prédio fora do hotel, aparentemente um quarto em prédio comércial no qual o mercure transformou uma parte de ló quinto andar em hotel. Eu não localizei na minha reserva nada que dizia que eu ficaria em um quarto como esse, me senti como se tivesse em um Airbnb e não em uma rede de hotel. Pois não possuíamos lobby, área para café da manhã, nada disso, era apenas o quarto. O Wi-Fi não funcionava no quarto. E o ar condicionado não funcionou no primeiro dia, no segundo dia após reclamarmos eles consertaram.

Muito boa, é um quarto pequeno, mas suficiente para uma pessoa. As pessoas são muito atenciosas. A localização do hotel é excelente.

No control for an AC in the room

The hotel was quiet and the staff were friendly. In spite of this, I would never return. I was given a single room which was very hot. There is no temperature control in the room so they told me to open my window. I did this but it opened onto external stairs which left me vulnerable to whoever would climb up from the street. There was no chain or limit to how wide the window would swing open so anyone could get in. I did not feel safe. The room was about the size of a large walk in closet. I could have lived with this but there was a sewage odor. I couldn't tell if it was from the open window or the toilet. Also the toilet backed up immediately after my arrival and i had to have it fixed. To their credit they did this promptly. The food in the restaurant was fried to death and dry. The bar served me a "watery" martini (the worst I've ever had) with an olive with a pit! The breakfast was decent. The hotel does have some nicer rooms, I later discovered. I wouldn't have minded a small room if there weren't the problems that I've related here. I stayed in several other hotels in Sicily of comparable price and none of them had these types of problems.

O trânsito ao redor do hotel é caótico, não tem lugar pra parar nem na frente do hotel e o atendimento é péssimo. Fiquei uns 15 minutos só pra ser atendido e mal atendido. O hotel não tem estacionamento. E eu motorista que leva o carro pra um estacionamento longe do hotel, custa 25€, e você tem que ligar e esperar trazerem, o que leva meia hora pelo que informaram. Essas informações não são passadas antes de fazer a reserva.
