整體體驗沒有四星級感受，離捷運站遠。

实在是很一般的酒店，设施比较陈旧，浴缸的龙头也是坏的，房间也小，电梯一打开，在过道上就是一股霉味

Staff was friendly and professional, great hotel with the pool, it was a saver, because it was 90 degree when we stayed there. it would be 5 star, if we hadn’t have problems with the key every night and one day the room was not clean.

Expensive drinks, and the pool area is way too small for the hotel size. The front desk were not willing to resolve any issues either. My parents had no AC, the repairman lied and told us it wasnt turned on, when it was clearly just blowing warm air. Better yet, our fridge (empty mini bar) wasnt working, to which the front desk replied, 'its complimentary'. As in, we arent going to fix it because its some kind of free addition to the room.

Good hotel - near the beach and about 20 minute walk from the centre of Barcelona. Food was good in the hotel - the only drawback was the pool. It is unsupervised and sunbeds are reserved and not used for most of the day.

Nice hotel, excellent service, well located. We stay here every year for one night when transitioning from France to our flight back to Atlanta.

Esperienza SUPER positiva!! il personale dell’hotel è gentile e sempre disponibile, colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti, da Italiani abbiamo trovato buonissimo il caffè (che si sa all’estero è difficile quasi impossibile da trovare decente). Camera ampia e pulitissima, bagno con doccia e vasca. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non va la mancanza di un balcone per magari far asciugare gli asciugamani. Consigliato, anche per la vicinanza alla spiaggia!.

Je suis très déçue de mon expérience. À mon arrivée, il n’y avait pas d’électricité. J’avais pourtant demandé une chambre avec deux lits séparés, mais on m’a répondu qu’ils n’étaient pas au courant. Résultat : il a fallu attendre le lendemain qu’une autre chambre se libère. Une fois installée, j’ai constaté que la chambre était très sale, vétuste et minuscule, à peine plus grande qu’une chambre d’hôtel économique type Ibis, mais avec beaucoup moins de confort. La climatisation faisait un bruit insupportable, au point de m’empêcher de dormir la nuit. Et pour couronner le tout, le lit était extrêmement inconfortable, je m’enfonçais dedans, comme s’il n’y avait plus de matelas. Côté ménage, c’était catastrophique : les draps et serviettes sales n’ont même pas été changés, ils ont simplement été repliés pour donner l’illusion de la propreté. Le pire : en sortant de la douche, je prends une serviette soigneusement pliée et je découvre des poils et des cheveux dessus… extrêmement dégoûtant ! En résumé, entre le manque d’hygiène, le confort inexistant, le bruit, et l’absence totale de suivi des demandes, je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Ce séjour a été une vraie déception.

Hotellet var fint men mangler information og kompensation for døgn hvor strømmen var gået. Derved ingen ac, kunne ikke sove, og bruge pool og gym. Ingen info fra hotellet og forventer kompensation. Hotels.com havde i oversigt vist at vi havde forudbetalt 403 euro men hotellet krævede vi betalte fulde beløb for at kunne få værelse. Medarbejder var meget inkompetent.

For a hotel that is very expensive per night, the quality of our room 534 was poor. The shower leaked all over the floor even with the door closed, which for marble floors is dangerous, the sealant mostly black, the shower itself was very loose and poorly maintained. The bath plug lifter was broken as were ALL of the plugs in the room so you have to manually lift them and it breaks nails if there's suction. The air conditioning sounded like it was taking off (even on the lowest setting), the windows don't block out much noise or have window restrictions (for those with children), the ceiling in the bathroom made a horrific banging noise when opening the door (don't do if your kids are asleep lol). The safe buttons require brute force to press. The dividing door was as stiff as anything so really hard to move (get those muscles working...). Tried to keep up with news in light of recent events internationally and someone had stolen ONE battery (yes one!) from the remote and the telly had no signal. Came back to room second day and the maid had removed all of our complementary robes too. Positives were that the main bed is comfy and the pool nice enough (although jacuzzi doesn't work) and pool bar staff nice. The response when complaining is that i should do it immediately, but when there's so many it's a bit of a challenge after travelling for hours, the rooms shouldn't have these problems. Wouldn't stay here again because of the above.

Das Hotel ist total gut gelegen sehr nah am Strand aber auch in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit, Bushaltestelle ist vor der Tür, Restaurants und Gedchäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit Kindern war es perfekt, vor allem die Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern die mit einer Schiebetür verbunden ist. Das Zimmer ist im allgemeinen sehr sauber und groß, nur war ich etwas enttäuscht das die Bettwäsche nicht einmal gewechselt wurde obwohl sichtbare flecken drauf waren. An einem Tag wirde leider gar nicht gereinigt. Kann auch sein dass es ein Kommunikationsproblem war, deshalb kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen

I had mosquitos in my room and broken floorboards so I asked for a room change upon arrival. My second room also had mosquitos in and night reception advised that every room in the hotel was like this. The water wouldn’t go down the plug hole in the shower and the shower gel in the bath was empty on arrival - I had to ask twice for it to be refilled. I have stayed here every year for the last 3 years as I attend an annual conference in Barcelona but the quality of the rooms combined with the customer service has severely deteriorated and I won’t be staying there again.

The room was very large with a sectional sofa, a wide desk, a king-sized bed, and a large, walk-in shower. The bathroom had marble walls and floors. All of the staff understood and spoke English. They were patient, kind, and helpful. There was an in-house restaurant that was always open, two beautiful bars, an outdoor swimming pool, a gym. Breakfast buffet was available and discounted if pur hased with the room.

We had a room with problems with the air conditioning. Despite multiple reports, the problem was not solved. The moisture literally came out of the ceiling and caused an irritated throat and wet clothes. An official complaint via email to the front office manager was never answered. Very unprofessional. Furthermore, this hotel is aimed at the business market, the tourists "they take for granted". You can tell from the poor service towards tourists. The entire terrace is closed off because of a reception, but you have to take a detour to the swimming pool where there are too few sun loungers and hope that there are still towels. The breakfast was also plundered and then you had to look for a clean table. Also ask for a room that is not on the pool side. The business crowd sits here for hours drinking, which echoes and causes the necessary noise pollution The advantage of this hotel is the location. Close to the beach and the center is easily accessible by public transport
