The only thing sucks is the receptioner's attitude. The first impresson I walked in was awful. The receptioner treated me rudely. Refused to offer any help. Talking in a whispered way, I had no choice to beg his pardon. And he rolled his eyes then yelled at me.By the way, the young receptioner was willing to help.

間酒店舊是預咗的，但係冇諗過裏便啲毛巾都舊到就嚟爛，毛巾邊已經係爛，另外因為冇冷氣，想開個天窗，每15分鐘個天窗就自動關上。關上天窗又冇冷氣就好焗。

位於舊城區，自駕者飯店會說明合作的附近室內停車場停車，進入舊城區需有通行密碼才可將路障放下進入，可先停外圍停車場然後Check in,取得密碼及飯店給的停車卡將車先開進飯店前下行李再前往停車，使用飯店給的停車票卡插入入口票匣並取出，匣門即開啟。checkout 後取車時再度使用同一停票卡，為免費

飯店有提供非常弱的free wifi ⋯無言！ 房間內裝設備都是IKEA的傢俱，個人不喜歡。 自助式早餐是讓我們最最滿意的地方：內容豐富，選擇樣式多，如果你也是喜歡歐式早餐的人，就可以悠閒地吃一頓營養豐富的黃金早餐。 飯店離主要旅遊景點很近，走路就可以抵達，是旅遊不錯的選擇！

Fantastic location, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

When you first arrive in Salzburg get the Non10 bus to centre. Takes 10 minute walk from.river or get a taxi from.the centre.. This hotel is in an excellent position- a 5 minute walk from.Salzburg Museum.so easy to pop.back during the day to rest or change..It was a real.bonus was to have a cinema as I spend the first night alone and the film was also in English. Breakfast had everything you may wish- hot food as well. Coffee not so good but tea pots available, too. Comfortable single bed and light airy room. Very quiet at night and I slept well.. Friendly and helpful.staff.

My only criticism is that the WiFi/internet was terrible; very slow and would frequently disconnect.

Nice hotel in the quieter section of Old Town. Walkable to most attractions. 35 minute walk to the train station so probably better to use the bus or Uber. We used the number 170 bus was fairly easy we were able to pay on the bus

Altes, aber schönes Hotel. Perfekte Lage.

Schmutzig und ungepflegt ,keine 4 Sterne wert .

Whilst this expensive hotel is in a good location, the condition of the property is quite tired and the air conditioning is useless. Parking is extremely limited and even though I emailed to reserve it in advance, it was unavailable so we had to park at public place nearby, which is not easy because the hotel is in a restricted access (pedestrian) area so difficult to access through barriers etc. Avoid.

Gute Unterkunft

We love our stay at the Altstadthotel Kasererbräu. We had a great suite with a balcony. Very peaceful sitting outside listening to the sounds of the city. Our room also had view of the Castle. Breakfast was quite nice. Parking nearby was very convenient and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Great location as well. Highly recommend.

Super, für eine Sightseeing Tour in der Stadt.

Non andateci! L ubicazione è ottima nel centro storico, per il resto tragedia : pulizia zero, pieno di pericoli. dislivelli,gradini non segnalati, aria condizionata inesistente, arredamento fatiscente, edificio del 1300, adatto per musei e non residenza. Bagno piccolissimo con lavabo che si intoppa continuamente, biancheria conciata , stanza piccola dove chi era in bagno non poteva uscire se l'altro non chiudeva l'armadio.

So much history to see while walking around in the old town area where we stayed

A really stylish hotel in the perfect location - two mins walk to the old town but round the corner so nowhere near as busy or touristy. Room was big and well decorated - and love the fact it was an old school key and door lock. Internet was terrible. But the Italian restaurant by the hotel was an absolute gem. 100% recommend.

I blindly booked a suite for one night with my family . Turned out to be the best view of the fortress in Salzburg in a well kept ancient building, excellently located in old town. Breakfast was probably not up to the hotel standards. Overall very good

Ok

The room could have been cleanerv and soap in the bathroom had not been replaced. Our windows opened into a patio used for smoking, so smoke came in our room every time we opened the window. The fire alarm woke us at 6am, and was a false alarm. Staff was very nice and helpful, but cleanliness could have been better. Overall in a great location, and a building of historic interest.
