Sehr schön

Un grand chalet dans lequel chaque chambre dispose d'un grand balcon. La salle de bains est un peu petite mais l'accès à l'extérieur compense, d'autant que sur l'arrière on a vue sur les montagnes. Large choix au petit-déjeuner, je n'ai pas pu tester le restaurant, qui était fermé. Le personnel est agréable et l'hôtel bien situé pour y faire étape.

Eine grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, serviceotientiertes Personal, genügend Parkplätze. Für grösser und kräftiger gebaute Menschen ist die Dusche etwas eng.

Located in Zirl, and easily accessible by public transport from Innsbruck (~20 min), this is a great hotel in a scenic location. We had a double room and the views from the balcony were beautiful! Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English.

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer kann noch berbessert werden. Weiterhin waren das Zimmer und das Bad überheizt. Zimmer und Bad hatten schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Bodenbelag war schon abgelaufen, Badeinrichtung teilweise stark angegangen. Badlampe war mit Leuchtmitteln unterschiedlicher Lichtfarbe bestückt.

What a lovely visit. The staff were friendly and restaurant was lovely. We only ate breakfast there.

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast options. Nicely decorated breakfast room. However our room in the attic of floor 3 and lift only went to floor 2, which made it slightly difficult to move luggage. Room was slightly dated and small. Bathroom was very cramped. But was handy to get to the airport

Leider ist Restaurant geschlossen. Kein Lift zum obersten Stockwerk. Überhaupt nichts warmes zum Frühstück, keine Eier uzw. Bau selber ist einmalig aber in die Jahre gekommen.

Sehr nettes Personal, Unterkunft selbst ist leider schwer renovierungsbedürftig

Very poor welcome at check in for the first 2 people in our group surely and demanding payment. Booked months ago then receive e mail no bar restaurant available as staff on holiday. No discount for loss of facilities. Room too hot no AC, Carpet was literally thread bare. Looked amazing when booked but not the case.

Die junge Frau ander Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Da erste Zimmer war unglaublich dunkel mit einem Minifenster und sehr enfach. Da das Fernsehen nicht funktionnierte, bekanen wir ein Upgrade im neuen Trakt. Dieses Zimmer war hervorragend: groß , hell, mit Balkon, modernes Bad. Danke dafür!
