Absolutely beautiful place. The hotel servers at breakfast & dinner were delightful and personable. Gorgeous swimming pools and good accesss to private beaches. So glad I stayed here!

Virkelig dejligt sted med en fantastisk udsigt, flere skønne pools og mulighed for at bade direkte i havet. Morgenmaden var super lækker, og servicen var generelt rigtig fin. Der er dog én ting, som desværre trækker oplevelsen markant ned. Mange gæster reserverede solsenge ved at lægge håndklæder ud allerede kl. 6 om morgenen, men kom først tilbage omkring kl. 11.30. Receptionen fortalte os den første dag, at de håndhævede reglerne strengt, men i løbet af de fire dage, vi var der, oplevede vi ikke, at der blev gjort noget ved problemet. Det er ærgerligt, da det ikke er det man forventer af et 4-stjernet luksus hotel. Kan man leve med det så er det et fantastisk hotel.

Gorgeous, spacious, with unbeatable views! The massage was also fabulous. The breakfast and dinner buffets were spectacular- and I typically do not enjoy buffets. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is great. Great location, great staff and good amenities. The A/C in the room is very weak and only drops the temperature by a few degrees which was kind of hard to fall asleep. Parkings are limited so in high season you might not get one right from the beginning of your stay. These are the only things I found less positive. Otherwise Im very happy I stayed there. Breakfast buffet is amazing! Views are stunning!

Wonderful cleaning staff and friendly staff in the reception, a bit less enthusiastic at the restaurant by the sea. Air conditioner and fridge needs to be updated. Non of them barely cooled. Would also be good to dry and clean the floors at the pool area more often since a lots of people slipped at the wet floor. Nice location and view, good ice cream and the bar has what’s needed. Great to be able to get to the small beach nearby along with the deep sea and pool area.

Alt for mange mennesker til fællesfaciliteter ved pool og ved bar/restaurant ved pool.

Room was spacious and spotless! Views spectacular! They accommodated three adults in one room with three separate beds which was an added bonus! Breakfast was superb!

Desde que llegamos el personal del Hotel fue muy atento y servicial! Nos recibieron con cava de bienvenida que fue perfecta para el calor que hacía en Mallorca. La habitación que nos tocó no era como la queríamos y muy cordialmente el personal de recepción nos entendió y fuimos asignados a otra sin ningún inconveniente. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar con todo. Parqueaderos, servicios de taxi e información. El desayuno muy completo y lo puedes tomar un un balcón precioso con vista al mar o si preferías dentro con AC también se podía! Venía incluida La Cava! Así que empezábamos todos los días felices con nuestra copa acompañando el desayuno! El área de la piscina muy bien. Pero nosotros queríamos estar todo el día en la cala y en el restaurante/bar de la cala que estaba más fresco! La atención buenísima! Nos atendió un Colombiano queridísimo siempre nos recibía con una sonrisa! El agua del mar en este lugar y el paisaje 10/10 fui completamente feliz! Lo único es que no recomiendo este lugar para personas mayores por lo que fue construido en una cala y hay muchas muchas escaleras. Perfecto para familias.

The location is amazing! We loved swimming in the sea steps away from our room. Beautiful water. The buffet food was delicious. I do recommend getting the dinner plan as it makes it so convenient. The room was very spacious for 3, a family of 4 would also be comfortable. Everything was clean, however you can see the age of the hotel and rooms if you look very close. My family thought it was perfect, but being that I’m the mom paying attention to the corners and door cleanliness, if you want new and pristine maybe check other places out. But we would definitely come back. Staff was also very helpful, minus a waiter at the bar my husband wasn’t very pleased with.

Frukosten kändes stökig och hade önskat mer färsk uppskuren frukt. Trevligt att man kunde få sin egen omelette. Middagsbuffén var fantastisk! Vissa personal var fantastiska och andra ignorerade en eller hade dålig attityd. Vi blev illa behandlade en kväll och fick prata med managern. Managern var otroligt snäll och inlyssnande och kompenserade oss för besväret. Efter det var det inga problem. Var mycket svårt att få en plats vid poolen/havet, folk paxade stolar fast det var förbjudet. Fantastisk location av hotellet, busstation precis utanför, genväg till stranden och butik precis vid hotellet.

The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing! One thing I would say is the hotel is dated and starting to look run down. We had issues with our keys and had to have it replaced twice. Breakfast was great but I wish the wait staff came around for drinks as opposed to self serve. Also the charge for water was high and bottles in the room were not replaced when drank. You can go to the mini market across the street and get a large bottle for significantly cheaper.
