Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must visit if staying here.

Hotel was good if you want to live in a remote area and don’t want to go back to the city. Hotel has got an amazing spa and we enjoyed it. Also, there’s was lack of room amenities such as electric kettle and fridge was faulty. Apart from this, breakfast was good with limited or no choice for vegan/vegetarian family. If you want to visit Barcelona city, the only train station in La Garigga is not operating at the moment and hotel staff will not advise you about it and they will suggest to take a private taxis which will cost £100. Luckily, some locals suggested me to walk at nearby bus stop and there we took free shuttle for Barcelona city. Overall, this hotel is not a 4 stars so be aware. Good luck.

This place is outstanding. Everything was amazing with the exception of the WiFi connection and the comfort of the beds, but totally worth it if you can compromise on those two things

L’hôtel est beau mais on ressent un peu l’usure du temps. Les joints de la salle de bains pourraient être changés par exemple. La poignée de la porte fenêtre m’est resté dans les mains et elle ne fermait donc pas . Malgré mon signalement rien n’a été fait. Le personnel est présent et poli mais pas très chaleureux. Le spa est très beau mais là aussi des endroits défectueux et personne à qui le signaler.

Spa fantastico por el precio que pagas, personal amable y habitación cómoda. Desayuno bufet bastante completo. Bien situado para ir a pasear por el pueblo

Bonjour, Le standing de cet hôtel n'est pas la hauteur du prix. J'inclue aussi le restaurant et le petit déjeuner. Parking à 23 euros la nuit, on est a la garrigua pas a Barcelone. J'ajoute aussi que nous avons pris le spa pour nous détendre mais manque d'information plus claire, il ferme de bonne heure. Nous avons payé pour rien. Le remboursement n'a pas été proposé, ni d'ailleurs de nous offrir le parking par exemple. Ils ne verront plus. Cet hôtel pense être un **** mais pas du tout. Mauvais rapport qualité prix.

The garden area was closed while I was there. The spa times were restrictive and not offered while I was onsite. The restaurant there was very good but only offered a limited fixed price menu during late hours for dinner and was closed for the times that I was there. Breakfast was also very good, but started later than I needed it several days. Overall, it was really nice property with wonderful staff and pleasant grounds. I just wish that the amenities were open when I needed them.

Petit déjeuner complet et diversifié. personnel de l'accueil très professionnel et agréable. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Petit bémol, le parking payant à 20€ la nuit... Espace thermal non utilisé et piscine extérieure, la météo n'était pas appropriée.

Le spa et le petit déjeuner etaient très bon mais il y a 2 points très négatifs. Le spa n'est pas accessible aux handicapés (ascenseur hors service) et lors de notre arrivée vers minuit, la personne de l'accueil ne trouvait pas notre reservation et nous avons dû attendre jusqu'à 3h du matin après bien des tractations qu'une chambre nous soit attribuée. Notre reservation était prépayée mais le réceptionniste a essayé de nous faire payer une seconde fois. Il n'a même pas voulu appeler Hotels.com pour vérifier la reservation. Cela a gâché notre séjour.

The Hotel was very nice and situated in the heart of the town. The property was well landscaped with many features. The spa was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were helpful, especially Martha. She made the stay and extended stays easy. Great customer support. The dinning facilities were also excellent with great food. The bar and lounge areas were very relaxing. I can’t wait to come back!! Hôtel devenu vétuste. Spa avec des zones limites ou inopérante (hammam en panne, douche hydro ne marche pas, lits massants en panne…) pis une extérieure fermée… Suite grande sympa avec deux balcons mais meubles tachés, clim en pa. E sol et murs avec humidité. Oubli du pdj commandé à emporter pour départ avion. Parking 20€)/nuit.. Dommage car le site est bien il y a 10 ans c’était le top mais ça se dégrade… le pdj est au top
