Enjoyed my stay

I appreciate hotels with rooms for my family of 6. Hotel was quiet and staff great. Huge parking lot but had a snow storm and it was now plowed.

room was not cleaned for four days. Keys had to be updated every day. Hard to get clean towles even after asking staff . otherwise, all was good
