Pet friendly, great bbq,

Baffling layout of multiple buildings and rooms. No clear signs of how to find anything. Many stairs Got lost for 15 minutes trying to find my room

Staff was amazing, the food great. The rooms are clean if a little dated, and the halls need new carpet and paint. Biggest complaint is no business center. I couldn't work from my room on the public WiFi, so i had to sit in the lobby. That is such an easy fix and there should be not only a,space for work but password protected WiFi. It was great otherwise. Oh please get microwaves and update the mini fridge! :)

Wonderful place

Beautiful property. But the rooms were old and outdated. Clean but needed to be upgraded.

It was a great stay at the hotel but the outside pool had a lot of bees swarming the seating area near the pool.

Bathrooms need work. Parking is a nightmare. The lot we were told to park in became the valet lot for the restaurant. We were never told that. We had to door dash dinner so we didn’t move the car. It’s a very busy property with the restaurant and weddings.

eclectic, luxury-wanted-to-be, but isn't. interesting estate, awesome restaurant andhowever, breakfast places on the property. hiwever, room comes with very basic, outdated amenities , and the most bizarre was that we didnot have ANY hook or bar in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes!!! When we asked management for it they promised they will address it but they never did. Indoor swimming pool is small, and tennis courts are closed and in bad shape (unusable)! Electric car chargers are broken and do not work either. be WARNED: sales tax on breakfast is 26%, and hotel charges nys tax, village tax and town tax, so listed price has unreasonable added taxes to it.

The estate is gorgeous.

Stayed 1 night at last minute decision while traveling, enjoyed the grounds and pool. Nice restaurant and lounge.

Our stay was pleasant but this place could use a glow-up! The grounds are beautifully situated but some amenities are old and need replacing: fire pits, outdoor furniture, hallway carpets. Buffet breakfast was nice but $32 a person after taxes and fees. Disappointing that the tavern was closed during our stay. The main restaurant has a great atmosphere but the Cantonese food was only fair, and not inexpensive. Not a bad stay but I’m not sure I’d return or recommend it.

I think this hotel is fantastic. There’s so much to do and they do a great job keeping the vibe fun for all ages.

Have been coming here for years and unfortunately it’s not as good as it used to be… The draw to come here is the pool, which has been very dirty the last few stays and no longer relaxing. Any on site food and drinks have also become very overpriced.
