Exceptionally good. Ice maker in corridor. Coffee machine in room. Bed was so comfortable. You will have everything you need in room. Free in house car park also safe and convenient for traveler. Breakfast served hot and with buffet table.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, convenient location to lots of shops and restaurants, easy parking. Rooms were large and comfortable. Discount for the pub/restaurant downstairs was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend!

We loved this hotel. Close to Kingston Bridge. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. The rooms had everything including fresh milk. We would definitely stay again.

The White Heart pub and hotel was excellent. Great location for Hampton Court Palace. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are good size with everything you need for a comfortable stay. And very clean. Breakfast was excellent even catered for gluten free. Would recommend and definitely would return.

I recently stayed at The White Hart Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with any requests. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the food and service were of a very high standard. What stood out most was the friendly atmosphere created by the team, who genuinely seemed to care that guests enjoyed their stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. Free parking was a bonus. Convenient for transport to and from London with a pleasant bar and beer garden to relax in at the end of a busy day in the city. This was our second time staying at The White Hart and would happily return. Highly recommended.

Charming hotel with very friendly staff that is a great central for day trips to Windsor, Hampton Court, and London. The train station is a 5-10 min walk from the hotel. The hotel is kitty corner to the Thames. You can walk 5-10 min to restaurants, or enjoy the one at the hotel. Room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The car park for guests is the icing on the cake.

Everything was excellent, the jewel in the crown of this property is undoubtedly the staff, every one of them absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble, all happy and smiling, that makes a big difference to your hotel experience

Overall, we had a lovely stay at The White Hart. We're from the US, and so our review is based on the perspective of what is standard here in the US. The family room was fine, a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed for our teenage daughter. AC was a window unit, and a bit finnicky, it would turn off but not turn back on, and it would get a little hot and we would manually restart even though it was on auto. The included breakfast was great, and the dinner menu was good. The only other gripe, we had our room serviced daily at our request for the 4 days, and each day, something was missed and we would have to ask, and then they would quickly bring it. We had no hand soap one day, no towels another day, no toilet paper a third day. First world problem, but slightly frustrating. We would stay here again, and the overall price was reasonable.

What can I say. We stayed here with our Chocolate Retreiver and never thought it would be so dog friendly and easy, the room was so comfortable, clean with plenty of room. The food and service was amazing and I want to say a huge thank you to the team. We had a wonderful experience and so did our dog. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank you

This Hotel is a great base to explore the local area as we did this time around but is also a great base for central London. The food is also really nice both at breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast was fabulous, car park brilliant, prices excellent. Bathroom needed a little maintenance but nothing major.

Clean room. Good food and drink. Service could have been a little quicker. Overall a great hotel with friendly staff ideally located for Kingston.
