The staff was nice however the room amenities were left wanting. No refrigerator. No air conditioning in the room and it was quite warm. When we came in the windows face east and the sun made the room very uncomfortable. We ended up going outside to just have some cool breeze.

Amazing hotel with awesome facilities. Great location with bus into Galway city right outside. Staff were lovely & helpful and food facilities great. Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay . The staff were really helpful , the room was really clean and well presented. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner we had the restaurant was really good also . We will definitely stay again 😀

Great stay at the Clybaun hotel. First time visiting Galway and we loved our stay! The rooms were big and spacious, the breakfast was tasty and the gym had excellent facilities. Would stay again!

Lovely staff, lovely hotel. I thought the gluten free options could have been a little better. There was gf cereal & bread available. But half of our family were able to feast on pastries & pancakes for breakfast. It would have been nice to have something sweet on offer for coeliacs. It's easy to keep a few gf scones/cakes in the freezer (particularly as I did flag in advances that we had coeliacs in our family...)

Was ok. Not ideal but only stayed 1 night. Recommendation of restaurant from staff was terrible

Staff exceptionally helpful and intuitive to your needs . Breakfast very tasty and manager very helpful. Housekeeping were very obliging and kept the rooms really clean and neat . Definitely return

Room were really clean,staff very good,breakfast very good. Parking ok. Only we have complain for toilet and we can't use cold water on sink( washed teeth on bath). Swimming pool unusual - first time I saw like this ,for women part especialy.That is not suitable for people with any special needs. That's it!Thank you

The hotel is beautiful and staff so so friendly. Dinner was a touch disappointing, a few of us didnt find it great but possibly just down to a matter of taste. Breakfast was brilliant with a lovely selection. I would return again ❤️

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was good. Only minor gripe is a tiny elevator for people staying. Since it’s only 2 levels up, it’s no issue. Staff, service, food, and ambiance were A+
