Very good experience, beautiful beach and friendly pool, good food in restaurant and all staff are friendly.

Hardware and beach is very good. Poor and no response room service.

Everything looks so good, while the furniture seems a little bit old only, but i still so satisfy with this hotel.

We had an amazing stay, great food options and so many activities. The rooms were really clean with the most beautiful view over the ocean and reef. The swimming was superb and the kids had a great time on the kayaks, paddle boards and water park. The staff were outstanding and so helpful. Recommend the Marau fire dance performance- spectacular! Can’t wait to visit again.

We had a lovely week at the Shangri-La. The coral coast is a beautiful area and we did a lot of snorkelling. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. This resort is great for families, friends and couples. I was travelling with my sister so we walked around and found quieter parts of the island away from all the kids. We also ate at the italian restaurant for breakfast which was adults only. They do well to cater to all types of travellers.

Great resort like they have Adult only - little quieter and nicer. Staff as awesome esp the shittle driver. I recommend the Burre's for couples, worth the uipgrade own villa is super nice plus own buggy, breakfast included and spa credits and golf included. I don't think you need the all inclusive meals and drinks. We did ala carte and think it ended being cheaper but my partner 5isn't a big drinker had two bevs max per day. I had 4 to per day? Would def go back.

Enjoyed staying here, great place for families. Would have been nice to have a different room as smelt a bit damp and also have some more space. I would definitely return

We have visited many times over the years and this year I was shocked with so many staff on their mobile phones and ignoring guests - not meeting the guests eye when asked questions - it wasn’t the usual Fijian warmth we have enjoyed in the past

Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt und sehr weitläufig. Das Essen war leider nur mittelmäßig für den Preis. Als Family Resort sollte in allen Toiletten Wickeltische angebracht sein. Wir konnten in keiner Toilette einen finden.

If you want a resort style getaway it’s perfect. Also a great resort if you have young kids. Staff are beautiful people and super friendly. Food was good at all the restaurants. Having a breakfast available until 11AM is excellent. Where it is good but not great is around the finer service details. Ordering wine before a meal and then waiting over 10 minutes after the food has arrived for it to turn up. Typically breakfast table was not set correctly (no teaspoons with cup). Generally slow service, but I guess that’s the island way! Lots of staff available, just a little extra training and attentiveness. Minor faults in the scheme of things, but it would take the resort from good to excellent in my opinion

It's not luxurious but if you have kids who just want to have fun this is a great resort. They have many activities that are included. They have a great beach right at the property, they have kayaks, a bouncy obstacle course out in the water and a kids club which are all included. The shops are reasonably priced. We did buy the all inclusive package but felt the food was reasonably priced when purchased a la carte. We would definitely be back, but would probably upgrade from a regular garden view room.
