Good stopover on way up the M6.

Very nice too stay and to relax

The hotel is new and lovely however in the hot weather there is no air conditioning. They do provide a fan . Also we found that they do not clean the rooms every day which wasn’t helpful even if you out the sign on the day. Food was great but the tv didn’t have itv or sky.

Staff very friendly. Location great. Lots of free parking. Nice bar and food. The rooms are nice but could do with a bit of attention. Wobbly fittings etc. Breakfast is only till 9.30 weekday. Not 10am as stated on hotels.com. not the fault of the hotel but caught us out.

The hotel was okay, the reception staff could have been better, check in was 3pm as far as I know my room was ready because they asked for an extra £10 for early check in. I went to the bar to have a drink while waiting. The bar was open but only served people who were eating. So I had an hour waiting before I could get my room key.

Be advised: Room very basic, Small, certainly not spacious, no telephone as advert below: (Hotel Facilities) (The hotel has spacious en-suite bedrooms with a TV, telephone and tea and coffee making facilities. Free Wi-Fi and the hotel has a 24-hour reception.) Asked for another room, Not helpful, just told it will be another £35 per night. We were staying 4 nights so paying extra £140 was not acceptable. Breakfast, usual fried English, Continental breakfast was just 1 type of cheese and 1 type of meat. Could be better for the money spent on the place, personally will not return.

Good hotel. Modern, clean and good facilities. Breakfast is very good. restaurant is very slow for evening meals, even when not busy. Food it good though.

I stayed in the cozy double room - ideal if you are tavelling alone as there is less space than a usual double room.

The hotel was nice and staff great it just was just OK. Room was stiflingly hot no air flow possible. Macerator in bathroom was super loud but not really too much of an issue. Breakfast pretty good, bed comfy enough. Spa was small but functional so ok. Partner checked online while in the hospital and price was £40 cheaper than I paid. However at the time of payment seemed a reasonable price and I feel all in all it was ok. Can't fault staff in restaurant/hotel though very friendly.

Lovely hotel, staff very professional and helpful. Spa was very appreciated. Room lacked air conditioning- it was extremely hot due to the hit wave, but staff was very helpful and provided fans which helped a little. Overall can't fault anything

Great one night stay with a free access to the pool and spa facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially a young man at the leisure.

Staff were incredibly attentive, proffessional, accommodating, and funny also. I did have one small issue in the room but after reporting a guy from the maintinence team were there im a matter of hours. Thankyou for making it such a lovely experience.

Great hotel always looked after by the staff and always clean and tidy

A very disappointing experience. We were given very poor information on check in, which lead to problems through out. We were not allowed into the leisure centre as we were outside the allotted time for children, which is fine, but this was never made clear to us on arrival. The assistant at the leisure centre was extremely dismissive and very rude. The room was like a sauna, no air-con whatsoever, I asked could I upgrade to a bigger room and pay the difference but was told this wasn’t possible, despite rooms being available on a booking site. The food was extremely poor, we ate at the bar one evening. Upon checking out the desk assistant didn’t even ask me how our stay was, he just took the key card and turned his back. A very disappointing experience, I can’t see how this hotel has a 4star rating
