非常有氣質的飯店 服務態度好 有提供玻璃島的接送服務 不過是會被帶去參觀工廠的 所以要有心裡準備 沒事還是自己搭水上巴士過去 LINE1水上巴士站(S. Angelo) 就在旁邊 可以從聖塔露西亞搭船慢慢欣賞風景過來~

Nice service and nice view of grand canal

Great staff!

Everyone was so helpful and spent a lot of time before my arrival messaging tips for arrival and other kind gestures. They assisted our group in finding the best places for lunch and dinner, our room was wonderful with a lot of space and they packed a to go breakfast for all 3 of us since we had an early flight. We would go back to Venice just to stay this hotel again.

Breakfast was great , loved the room and location

Location is excellent! Plenty of great restaurants very close by. Private dock for ease of water taxis and gondolas. Bar is great and rooms are fantastic. Excellent breakfast and arrive is second to none!!!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast was just beautiful. Every kind of delicious food imaginable. What a spread! Beautiful property.
