Terrific location and a great hotel

We were only allowed to check in after 3:30 pm, which was fine with us as it gave us enough time to explore the area. However, considering the price we paid, I expected the room to be in much better condition. The air conditioning seemed old, didn’t cool the room properly, and clearly needs maintenance. The lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom was harsh, with cold white lights that felt more like a hospital than a hotel. The bathroom was also disappointing. The shower had no door or proper screen, causing water to spill all over the floor every time it was used. On our first night, we used one of the blankets provided by the hotel, only to discover the next day that it was covered in human hair and had visible stains. I only noticed this because the housekeeping staff used the blanket as a bed cover after servicing the room. When I raised the issue with reception, I was told the blankets come back from the dry cleaner sealed in plastic bags and that no one checks their condition before placing them in guest rooms. That response was far from reassuring. The following day, I requested room service early in the morning, but when we returned after a full day out at around 5:00 pm, nothing had been done. It was only after I complained that the room was finally serviced. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. It might be acceptable for a single night if you have no other option, but I certainly wouldn’t return, especially considering what we paid.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything. 3 minutes from the station and walkable to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. The employees were extremely nice. Maria made our check in and was so smooth and ready, very helpful and smiling. The room was big, nice and comfortable bed, great bathroom, the A/C works perfectly and even a view to the street. The lobby is nice and the pool area is good. Will definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Rooms are clean but very basic and in need of updating. My primary complaint was the noise. I was given a first floor room and there was maintenance or construction work going on below and the noise was horrible. There was loud banging on what sound like pipes or concrete all day making it impossible to relax in the room. This went on for 2 days straight and only stopped on the weekend. The front desk staff said they didn’t know what was causing the noise and it wasn’t work being done by the hotel. I found it impossible to believe they didn’t know the source of the noise since it was VERY loud and sounded like it was coming from below. The staff didn’t seem very concerned and couldn’t accommodate a move to another room. The noise at night wasn’t much better. There’s no sound deadening between the rooms and movement and conversation in surrounding rooms could be heard at all hours.

I often choose the Medium Sitges Park for its location and amenities. It’s really handy for the train station and town centre attractions. The pool is rare in central Sitges and the rooms and breakfast are good. Staff are very helpful

The common areas were well maintained and nice. Especially the front desk, pool, and breakfast room. The staff were unpredictable and we had a poor experience with ordering drinks at the poolside bar. They’ve no idea what customer service is. Very disappointing. The room was poorly maintained and needs freshening. Repainting, one desk chair even though there’s room for a proper chair. Safe requires a key and deposit. Overall, would not recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful. When we reported something that shouldn't have been there, it was dealt with immediately. Overall, a good stay and a great location for restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Very little traffic to worry about once off the main road and easy walking distance to and from the station with connections to Barcelona and the airport.

Pool area was amazing. Quick walk to the beach through interesting shops and restaurants. Discounted parking at the parking building just around the corner was handy.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Sitges. Loved the pool and bar area. Anne at the bar was great, so friendly and good at her job. Tasty food on offer as well. Loved the experience

I could not use the swimming pool because it was full of cigarette smoke. People were smoking everywhere, even outside the designated smoking areas, and none of the staff seemed willing to intervene. The combination of smoke and hot weather made it almost impossible to breathe comfortably around the pool. The breakfast was also quite mediocre and well below what I would expect from a hotel of this category. In addition, the reception staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful. It was very clear that the hotel was understaffed, which negatively affected both the service and the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

This property feels very tired now. I asked to move from my first room as the bathroom was dirty and the window was blocked out. Second room was ok but noisy next to the elevator and pigeons nesting just outside the window.

The staff was nice, the poor area is lovely. Rooms were clean but a bit dated, the shower flooded every time you used it as the screen was too small, which gets messy and annoying. Everything else was great.
