We are very thanks for the counter staff who helped us to delivery our big luggage from ground floor to the hotel lobby in the first floor. Good location and sea view room but noisy.

Great room with beautiful views of the coast. Amazing little town . Only thing was a little noisy in early morning with crews cleaning up and garbage trucks. But worth it !

Location, location, location. If that is what interest you, then this hotel is a good fit for you however, the bathrooms had mold in the shower, broken tiles in the bathroom, the beds were harder than the cement they used to built the city. The pillows were old and they need to be replaced. The air conditioner didn't work that well. The breakfast was ok. The 2 ladies that worked the breakfast area worked really hard and kept that area clean. It's a bit loud even with the windows closed but it is manageable since it is across the street from the marina and across the church. Again, amazing location. The hotel could use a little update.

Great location and proximity to port. Loved being able to look at Amalfi square and all the happenings. Beds were VERY hard, just be aware in case that isn’t your thing!

The hotel is in a great location in front of the piazza but this does mean the noise from there can interfere with sleep. My partner also heard snoring from another room. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. I used there private parking. My car was returned with marks on the door. The public is 500 meters away and walkable even though it’s on a major road - Italians seem to accept this.

La literie n'est pas a la hauteur, super vue sur la place principale de la ville. Propreté de la chambre a revoir.

Le petit-déjeuner était très bien la Chambre donnait vers la place très bien aussi, dans la chambre pas de verre ni de tasse pour un petit thé un peu chers pour la prestation

Ontbijt was tragisch, maar de uitzicht was het wel waard. Kamer was verder schoon maar oudbollig. Verder mogen ze wel wat aan de kussens doen

The hotel is in an excellent location, which is clearly its main strength. Access to the main reception does require using stairs, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Our room was as described, with a pleasant sea view. However, I felt it was somewhat overpriced, likely reflecting the premium for the location rather than the overall experience. There were a few basic amenities missing from the room, such as a glass for drinking water and milk for making tea, which would have improved comfort. Communication with staff was occasionally challenging, as English proficiency seemed limited at times. While the hotel was busy with many tourists, the overall sense of warmth and hospitality felt somewhat lacking. I also requested a late checkout, but this could not be accommodated due to the hotel being fully booked, despite rooms still appearing available online.

Fantastic location right on the square and easy access to transport. Rooms was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly

Very clean room

Although the location was perfect it was very noisy. The bed was really hard. Room was next to kitchen so noisy in the morning. Room 107 wouldn’t recommend if you want peace and are a light sleeper. Overall very friendly staff.
