We knew about the referb work at the hotel but found the hotel to be tired and in urgent need of the referb. We stayed in the hotel 13 years previously and really enjoyed our stay but I guess the passing of time affected it. I'm sure it will be lovely when it gets completed.

Amazing staff they went out above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Dinner at the poolside restaurant is better than any restaurant I tried in town.

Proberbly once a great hotel but now a bit worn down/renovation ongoing. The dbl room we got was so tiny that we had no space to put our suitcases, but on the bed or on the floor, blocking the hallway. In the description it says "you can relax in a sunbed on the beach" but not that it was a 15 euro charge for that. The Upside: The bed was great and the staff fantastic. The breakfast buffet offers what you could expect.

Love the location and wonderful staff of people. Please update the place and work on getting the restaurants and grounds back open, it would be great for the guests and staff.

poor quality hotel, Very dated, scruffy, room upgrade was a waste of money, I am a frequent traveller and always use 5 star and rely on traveller reviews. This is is the first time. I will not be returning . Not worthy of the high reviews, price or 5*

Au début du séjour, nous avions une petite chambre un peu défectueuse mais la terrasse était bien grande. Le personnel, hyper gentil, nous a changé de chambre le deuxième jour pour une suite à cause des désagréments de notre première chambre, c'était juste parfait. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et agréable, et l'accès à la plage très rapide (au pied de l'hôtel) est top. L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Une piscine chauffée serait un plus pour la mis saison. L’ouverture de tous les restaurants et services même au moi de main serait un gros plus. Le plus, c'est les taxis toujours présents devant l'hôtel!!! (Environ 6€ pour aller à puerto Banus) Merci encore à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur amabilité. Nous reviendrons car les prix sont très corrects pour Marbella.

Great location for what we needed, hotel car park was not accessible anlthough there was anlrernate parking free nearby. Our outdoor jacuzzi could have been hotter and cleaner. Breakfast was excellent.

Super trevlig personal och kanonläge.

Rolig sted med super service og gode rom. Perfekt beliggenhet på stranden med en fin beachclub til å innta lunsjen på. Min mann hadde bursdag og det dukket opp en flaske cava i kjøler og to glass. Ekstra service i fra hotellet. Hotellet har nok trengt en oppgradering, men alt fungert toppers. Det var sol og sommer i april men det var ingen servering ved basenget. Der gikk de nok glipp av en god inntjening da gjestene heller valgte å gå ned til den fine beachclubben på stranden. Ja vi kommer nok tilbake hit.

The room with its own terrace with a jacuzzi was a great choice. Unfortunately, the hotel's restaurant was only open to a limited extent.

On m’a vendu une chambre en me disant avec VUE, c’est vrai que j’aurais du penser qu’on peut avoir une. Appellation avec VUE, avec vue sur les poubelles, vue sur la mers ,ou vue sur rien… De plus, on m’a signalé après ma réservation qu’il n’y aurait pas de parking. Le top !!!! De plus, le dîner d’hier soir, rien n’est frais, cher pour du congelé

Bra frokost men hard seng. På tide med litt vedlikehold. Badekaret var lekk, dusjen med lite trykk og flere lysbrytere var løse.

we had a nice, relaxing 5-day stay and enjoyed our terrace with hottub, which is a Junior Suite on the roof. That part was great. However, there is limited dining and no parking, but we were pre-warned about that. The hotel and room need updating there were many things worn out or not working - the taps had lost their chrome coating, the oven hotplates had a extractor fan and light which didn't work, and a lot of the wood trims were worn and needing repair and repainting. Around the hotel was run down, the beach bar was shut there was only one dining option, nothing more outside the hotel except a 15 - 20 min walk to Puerto Banus. For us it was fine as we had a car, but the hotel is not well located for easily dining out. Would we go back? Maybe, if the room was offered at a good rate.
