My kid and I take 3 nights all inclusive in this hotel. Because the sea is still cold so we spend most of our time in the indoor pool. The hotel is very close to the beach. Food is very good and we really enjoy the food, room and the indoor pool.

Pues todo espectacular exceptuando el agua, el agua nose le niega a nadie para comer es de verguenza que en media pension tu tengas que pagar tu agua que bebas del restaurante y encima botellas rellenables y a 2,80€ , quisimos hacer canbio de cena por almuerzo y querian cobrarnos 7 € mas a cada uno siéndo lo mismo el almuerzo que la cena porque el agua por supuesto te la iban a cobrar, mientras no cambie no volvere a repetir. Por lo demas el personal muy sociable , la comida muy buena con variedad y sin gluten y la habitación limpia

El recibimiento fatal. La habitación sucia. Comíamos y nos quitaban los platos de delante Spa malísimo y frío.

El servicio del personal es excelente, siempre son una sonrisa y muy amables. Las instalaciones se sienten como nuevas y se desanda muy bien por noche, sin duda me hospedaría nuevamente en este hotel.

Just got back from the most incredible week at Iberostar Waves Cristina and I'm already looking at dates to return! This place exceeded every expectation. Location is unbeatable - literally 2 minutes walk to Playa de Palma beach. We'd have breakfast, grab our towels, and be on the gorgeous sandy beach before the kids could even ask "are we there yet?" The beach is stunning with crystal clear water and plenty of space for everyone. The food was phenomenal! The breakfast buffet at Es Molins restaurant was absolutely massive - fresh pastries, made-to-order eggs, local cheeses, fruits, cereals, and so much more. But the dinner buffet is where they really shine. Every night there was incredible variety - fresh seafood, perfectly cooked meats, paella, pasta stations, salads, and the desserts were to die for. The quality was restaurant-level, not typical hotel buffet. We ate there every single night and never got bored. For families with kids, this place is heaven! The kids' club had daily activities that kept our children entertained for hours - arts and crafts, games, mini disco in the evening. They made friends immediately and didn't want to leave! There's a separate kids' pool plus a fantastic main outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers. The indoor heated pool was perfect for cooler evenings. The hotel also has tennis courts, paddle tennis, a football pitch, and bikes you can rent to explore the beautiful promenade. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shout
