Well this was my first experience and maybe my last my frens came for out of country and we choose Marriott court yard because I always stay at one in Oshawa well all I can say is that when I went to take shower there was no soap on the dispenser so that through me off and the lady at bistro was so rude her tone and customer service skills was off . Need me remind u it was early in am. My fren asked for tea she didn’t even ask what kind she made whatever and my fren said u didn’t even ask and my eggs was supposed to be over medium both was running like a river don’t even eat it. I can say the lady I spoke to after in front was really nice and understanding so that made it little easier. I was quite disappointed

Nice and clean place. Convenient place with Costco just write beside it and few eateries around it. Also it is close to the free way ideal for people doing road trips or business trip.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the pool. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, which made a great first impression. The only negative experience happened during breakfast. I booked a rate that included breakfast and paid for it in advance. However, when we arrived, the receptionist repeatedly insisted that we did not have breakfast included. She kept saying, “I believe you do not have breakfast,” without checking our reservation first. I had to ask her to call another staff member, and after checking the reservation, the second receptionist immediately confirmed that breakfast was indeed included. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe the reservation should be verified before telling guests that they are not entitled to a service they already paid for. It was an unnecessary and uncomfortable situation. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. The hotel itself was great, and this was the only negative experience we had during our trip to Canada.

Furniture in our room was frayed and stained. The door didn’t lock properly so we had to move into another room next door that was slightly cleaner. Bathrooms are old. Lobby area was not cleaned when we checked out in the morning at 9am - chips and popcorn littered the elevator floor. Convenient location and staff was polite, but otherwise would not stay here again.

I took 2suits room it was excellent.we like it and kids friendly.

Amazing stay. Amenities close by and was upgraded and given 2 water bottles at check in. Room was quiet and bed was super comfortable, will be back.

Old hotel and rude receptionist

Rooms need to be updated but they were clean. Bed was great. Hot & Cold waters were at the extreme temperatures. The lobby area was very nice. Breakfast good. The entire building including the room was on the warm side but to be fair it was 96 degrees Fahrenheit outside.

The washroom was not cleaned properly. There were pubic hairs on the toilet - gross. Sink faucet was not very clean - gross. The drain in the bathtub was broken. The bathtub filled with water when I took a shower and I had to hold it up with my hands to drain the water - gross. We called the front desk but they couldn't do anything about the drain. When we checked out they had no record of the issue. Very disappointing experience.

Very upset this time. Our first room’s tv wasn’t working. We then were transferred to a different room where the AC stopped working after two hours. We call the front desk from our cell phones and room phone. No one answered or was seen at the first desk. We will not be back

I love this place because its close to stores and its close to where my friend lives. I stay here everytime I come to Canada. The only thing needs to be replaced is the carpet.
