We had an amazing stay. Our room was super clean and spacious, and the subtropical garden was absolutely beautiful. The property was so peaceful and quiet, and the staff was incredibly attentive. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean, location was great very walkable, and the daily breakfast was wonderful, at night the rooftop bar was excellent!

Location was good overall. Facilities were ok but nothing great. Breakfast was not worth the price tag.

45 minute walk to old town, lots of hills to and from the hotel. Hard to walk everyday

No basic items were left in my room, 7 day stay not once did I get shampoo or body wash

We celebrated my daughters birthday and enjoyed the whole stay. Staff was always friendly. Room was very spacious and always cleaned early. I wish the hotel didn’t promote smoking by the pool. We did not enjoy being surrounded by people freely smoking on their chairs and inhaling the smoke all day long in the heat. There should be a smoking area. Otherwise we highly recommend this hotel.

EXCELLENT STAY! Just wish that our flight was not canceled upon arrival due to the HISTORIC, COUNTRYWIDE BLACKOUT that took place on April 28, 2025 in Portugal (as well as Spain) for over 12 hours. The next flight to Funchal, Madeira was not available until 2 days later as we lost 2 nights. Regardless, EXCELLENT STAFF, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! THANK YOU!!

Hôtel très agréable, assez bien situé par rapport au centre de FUNCHAL, avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Chambre spacieuse et literie excellente. Piscine extérieure et intérieur, salle de sport, sauna, massage, Roof top ... De quoi satisfaire tout le monde !

Hotel was amazing . Would definitely recommend it to everyone! The room was a little dated but it was very clean.

The staff were exceptional. Front desk upon my arrival made me feel very welcome! The staff were friendly and approachable. One was always singing, and actually had a great voice. A lot to do on the property and close to downtown Funchal by walk or by taxi if walking isn’t your thing.

Bastante boa, para um casal a cama não é a melhor situação pois a divisória entre os dois colchões é desconfortável. A limpeza é excelente, o quarto tem umas condições ótimas e também a casa de banho é magnifica.
