Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.

Just very annoyed. Room was not as good as last time in same category. No lift this time. Air-conditioning was not working even after complaining, no free drink offer despite Expedia vip. Really really upset and annoyed.

We found the staff very robotic, seemed unfriendly & unhappy. It was.

This was my 8th stay at this hotel. The staff always go he extra mile and the hotel is in a great location.

Got a different room from original chosen it was for old people with needs.Not what I expected wasn’t happy but needed to stay the night.So no option just didn’t get the time to complain as I was too exhausted from travel,

Attended a wedding while staying at the hotel. There is plenty of parking for every guest It’s in a great location, which allows us the night before the wedding to take a quick drive into town to grab a bite to eat. The wait staff at the hotel dinning, bar, and reception were outstanding. However, because there were so many guests in a short period of time, the breakfast could be a little chaotic. I was given a peaceful upgraded room. I would be delighted to return here.

An enjoyable stay at Oatlands Park Hotel to celebrate our 55th Wedding Anniversary & also a trip down memory lane as we used to work there many years ago. The staff were friendly & helpful, food excellent (a more efficient toaster machine is needed) but we had some observations to make such as amenities in the bathroom. It is usual to provide sanitary bags, shower caps etc. as standard, these were lacking. We had a Superior double room which provided our needs, a special touch was the bed decoration & congratulations card from Reception which we appreciated. However, we couldn't help noticing filthy windows, cobwebs, flaky paintwork, outside window boxes with dead plants & what were once beautiful grounds seemed in need for some TLC.

We were lucky enough to hold our wedding at The Oatlands Park Hotel. We had a celebratory meal in the Garden Room. We also stayed in the Superior Deluxe Room. It was a very hot day, fortunately the hotel has air conditioning which was wonderful. The room was very clean and a very comfortable bed. The food for the wedding meal was delicious. We can’t fault the staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly. We would like to say a very special thank you to Lorna from the Events team Matthew and Mikey. We are so happy we booked Oatlands Park Hotel and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Debbie and Alan

The hotel location and ambiance was good, however, I booked a superior room expecting superior facilities; if the room allocated to us was a superior double, then I’m intrigued what a standard double room would be. The breakfast was very poor with very poor choice of pastries; two water jugs with no water, and filtered coffee served in a tea pot! The staff were surely.

Had an issue with the beds separating during the night. Staff were very helpful & relocated us to a feature room. Breakfast was good & cocktails lovely.

I’m still awaiting for a refund of my security deposit a week later. I did mention it to the receptionist and she did promise to refund it but sadly not.

Everyone was extremely helpful, only thing that could be improved is the vegan offering at breakfast

We had a short buy sweet stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and breakfast was yummy. Plenty of parking too. Only two things to note 1. We could hear the next door room, and movement (footsteps) from the room above us 2. We booked the 'Executive Room, 1 King Bed'. The bed was two mattresses with one mattress cover - not the most comfortable for a couple.
