Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.

We had a short buy sweet stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and breakfast was yummy. Plenty of parking too. Only two things to note 1. We could hear the next door room, and movement (footsteps) from the room above us 2. We booked the 'Executive Room, 1 King Bed'. The bed was two mattresses with one mattress cover - not the most comfortable for a couple.

The front desk staffs are nice and friendly, always with lovely smiles as well as concerning your needs. A very warm and peaceful place to stay for couples and family.

Breakfast was freshly cooked, fruit fresh. Not many shops nearby. Only one thing to say is 1st breakfast we were offered to decide how we wanted our eggs but the next 2 mornings not. Not sure if it depends on whos on duty.

Best hotel in the area by a mile. Friendly staff (Jules on reception is a gem and Kuba on the bar makes a great Espresso Martini!). Breakfast is plentiful with great choices of hot and cold food. Rooms are lovely. Whenever we are in the area this is the only place we stay. Highly recommended.

Stunning hotel in fabulous location. Hotwl staff were lovely snd nothing was too much trouble. The grounds were kept beautifully and are a real asset to the hotel. Close to Weybridge and Cobham, both areas offer a variety of places to eat out and other shops with a nice mix of usual High Street staples and independent shops and eateries. We would definitely return.

Staff friendly and nice at check in, though room not cleaned properly, seems previous occupants liked to empty their milk and sugar on to the chair pulled up to the desk! Housekeeping failed to miss this when cleaning the room. Stayed in a cosy double which had a full length mirror, I’ve stayed in many of the rooms at Oatlands and even some of the more expensive rooms don’t have full length mirrors which I find odd. Curtains hanging off the rail - this is so easy to sort I fail to see why these things aren’t sorted promptly and plug in the bathroom sink was broken. I stay for the convenience for work and most of the time it just hits the mark - this time was just a below standard really.

Beautiful building, no lift and very long corridors. If you have difficulty with your mobility best to let them know before arrival.

I regularly stay at Oatlands hotel the staff are very friendly and hotel itself is amazing. Great location for Weybridge and Walton and plenty of pubs and restaurant a short walk.

Staff amazing. Hotel stunning. Only downside we could hear everything from the room next door, and all the footsteps from upstairs.

Easy parking clean and comfortable

Room was very small and had no view, just a view of a roof, so not much daylight. A bit disappointing as it was suppose to be a superior room but felt more like a cosy double. We have been staying here for many years and usually have a nice room. We had booked 2 rooms and both were the same.
