Breakfast had a very large variety. The view from the lounge was spectacular.

The room was great - overlooked the sea and beach - was spacious- well maintained and had everything we needed. The breakfast had lots of choice and was good. All the staff were friendly - particularly the lady on reception (kharmola??) who always greeeted us with a smile. We had problems with the room lights and she helped us sort it out. Location was great - easy walk to the old town, nice walk along the seafronts and lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel food was of good quality too. The only downside was the noise from outside - horns hooting and occasional fireworks disturbed our sleep but not sure if that was because it was a weekend or World Cup related

very clean, bright and large room facing the sea. Nice balcony too. the staff were all very pleasant and very helpful. The restaurants were both very nice with tasty food. The only drawback was the noise around 4am with cars revving and beeping their horns when leaving the nearby club. I got woken up both nights at around 4am so the hotel could do with better sound insulation on their windows. there is a small gym which i didnt use, and the spa is nice although pricey. there is a nice large pool on the ground floor and another small one on the top floor. the walk across the road to the beach is very handy and you can easily walk to the old town in about 15-20mins. very safe. Taxis are always outside the hotel which is also very handy. will stay there again in August.

I think the staff need to be more attentive to the needs of the people staying. Our room had issues with AC & we waited a while before it was fixed. Also?

Fiz uma reserva num quarto com vista total para o mar. Quando fui fazer o check in o atendente me falou que não meu quarto era um quarto standard. Chamei gerente e mostrei minha reserva. Se falaram e me disseram que estava tudo ok. Subimos para o quarto e quando entrei verifiquei que o quarto era vista lateral para o mar. Desci e novamente chamei o gerente, que não estava mais. Fui atendida pelo responsável pela recepção. Novamente mostrei minha reserva. Ele pediu para que eu aguardasse no quarto que ele iria verificar. O tempo passou e nada. Pegamos nossas malas e descemos, falei novamente com o responsável e ficamos aguardando em pé na frente da recepção. Depois de outro tempo ele veio e disse que tinha resolvido o caso e fazia questão de nos acompanhar até o quarto. Dessa vez era o quarto que tínhamos reservado e importante pago por esse quarto. Muito chato a situação.

Very good location

Hands down one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The room was very spacious, stunning, and clean! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Most things are walkable and you’re right along the coast. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Tangier!

Hôtel très joli, assez moderne et bien situé. Nous avions une chambre vue sur mer, malheureusement trop bruyante la nuit à cause de la circulation sur l’avenue située entre l’hôtel et le bord de mer. Pour le petit déjeuner, nous nous attendions à mieux pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Clean room, breakfast pretty solid. Best part was view from rooftop deck.

They knew about our cards not working, no one bothered about fixing them. Never go back there again …
