The location is great. But I encountered problems when checking in. I booked 2 rooms under 2 different names but one of them didn't appear in their administration system so I was waiting quite long. Furthermore, I booked 2 rooms with separate twin beds but the hotel gave me rooms with king-sized bed. I insisted to have rooms with twin beds because that was I booked and I showed them the evidence I. E. Room title and room description. But the staff, her name is Ruchida, talked back and did not have courtesy to understand. She insisted that what was recorded in their administration system was king bed. I did not appreciate her rude attitude as if I was tricking her. But I am grateful her other colleague, David, and their supervisor are nice. I was finally given rooms with twin beds, in line with my reservations. If you booked this hotel, I suggest make sure your reservations are correct when checking in. If the staffs are rude, avoid any arguments and just speak to the managers.
