Bien situé proche de la Stazione Prîncipe. Dommage que l'accueil soit plutôt mauvais avec des hommes insignifiants et peu aimables.

Clean small hotel near the train station. Friendly staff. Room cleaning every day. Breakfast very basic and area not safe at night bur otherwise good place.

El hotel es antiguo, pero está muy bien mantenido; lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación desde donde uno llega caminando a lugares turísticos como el Porto Antico y la Plazza Ferrari; el personal tuvo una atención "normal"; ni muy amable y tampoco desagradable, haciendo la salvedad con Antonio, quien nos recibió al llegar y nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias y más. El desayuno muy bueno, el lugar amplio y la variedad justa; ni mucha ni poca. La habitación y cama bien amplias, como también el baño, sólo que con tanto espacio disponible el lugar de la ducha quizás podría ampliarse, ya que resulta extremadamente pequeño al cerrar el cubículo. Buena relación precio/calidad.

Os funcionários atenciosos, bom café da manhã e bem localizado. Hospedagem é um edifício antigo, mas sem defeitos.

Vores værelse stank af parfume. Vi blev flyttet til et andet, begge værelser lå lige ud til banelegemet, så der var larm om natten. Meget lydt på værelset, så vi kunne høre naboen høre tv helt til kl.23. Kaffemaskinen var i udu de 2 af 4 dage til morgenmaden og kedeligt udvalg. Hotellet lå centralt i byen.

Das Hotel ist alt und das sieht man. Parkmöglichkeiten sind beschränkt...wir haben nur mit Glück einen Parkplatz direkt oberhalb des Hotels erwischt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ok. Man ist zu Fuss schnell am Bhf, am Hafen und auch in der Altstadt

Personale molto professionale e accogliente. Camera pulita, la colazione mi piace farla fuori dall’Hotel, perché non voglio avere vincoli d’orario, pertanto non posso dare un giudizio. Gentilmente mi hanno tenuto il trolley in struttura, per girare liberamente in città. Prestando attenzione dall’Hotel si attraversa sulle strisce, si scende da una scalinata e si arriva direttamente alla stazione Principe. Struttura comoda x chi usufruisce del treno.

Ottima colazione, ottima posizione, struttura un po' datata e per raggiungere l'ascensore o la sala colazione bisogna fare diverse rampe di scale. Il che di per se non sarebbe un problema se non si ha un handicap o un passeggino. Tutto sommato non ci si può lamentare visto il buon prezzo, ma consiglierei un restyling, togliendo la moquette e ammodernando un po' i bagni...

The room had a strange stale smell, like it hadn’t been used for a while. Location was great, the staff was very helpful, and a nice breakfast included. Overall, 4 out of 5.

Vicinissimo alla stazione Piazza Principe, struttura un po’ datata, letto confortevole e colazione nella norma.

Localisation parfaite et personnel charmant. Hôtel très simple et un peu vieillot. Mais le ménage est fait tous les jours, ce qui devient rare, le personnel est très souriant et serviable, et l'hôtel, idéalement situé.

Je n en n ai pas eu besoin de la Clim mais elle etait bien entretenue et le parking non plus car en train

Aucun parking, une odeur pas agreable, pas d’eau chaude, nous avons voulu prendre un chocolat chaud le matin. Il n’y en avait plus dans la machine. Les chauffages mis bien trop chaud dans la chambre, matelat pas agréable le matin il y avait un creu, pas de gant de toilette, personnel pas accueillant, ne fait pas d’effort pour nous comprendre. Nous ne reviendront pas dans cet établissement.

Site and top view are amazing. Nice breakfast, kind staff. Just the hot water is very temperamental. I am still grateful for the stay there. Thank you very much.
