Nice stay except room too closed to the main st...a bit noisy

Located in the heart, you can navigate all of Derry from here. Inside on-site parking. But the reception staff was not very friendly, the bathroom in particular was shabby with dated features, Wifi was free but too slow.

Good location, can do walking tour by yourself. Room is clean and tidy. Discounted breakfast is good. Bread is tasty.

The Hotel is fantastic, clean, in the center. The staff was great, also the restaurant and bar. Only thing we didn’t like was no A/C had to use a fan, it was very hot

Friendly staff, great location

Front desk was excellent. They were so helpful and pleasant. Property located just within the wall. Very light up and felt very safe. Enjoyed walking the wall. It was a quick overnight stay and did not uses the facilities.

The hotel was good. Not anything crazy. There were some very very noisy guests who were partying non-stop from 6 pm until about 2 am. Staff was informed and made an effort but the partying continued. Rooms are a bit outdated but it was a fine property for a quick stay in Derry.

The staff were very helpful and the location is great. Good breakfast and can walk anywhere from the hotel. Only issue is limited parking options around the property. I would highly recommend the hotel!

Check in staff was fantastic. Katherine (I think, could be off with the name) was very helpful and even told us about a festival that was going on that night. We took her advice and ended up really enjoying ourselves. Thanks! The room itself was comfortable, clean, and in a really good location to walk around the city and the Walls. Would definitely stay again!

Super friendly staff Excellent location

Our receptionist/concierge Kadie was absolutely wonderful, kind, helpful. Check in was easy and were recommended the Bogside walking tour which was powerful and informative. Would definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay in Derry, as the hotel was close to everything. They had underground parking which was a bonus, the rooms were comfortable and we were so close to so many interesting places. I would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful, welcoming and perfectly situated hotel to stay in. The lovely staff couldn’t have given us a warmer welcome and were so considerate and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here as part of a visit to Derry.

Good breakfast and restaurant. Well located. Teenagers partying during the weekend (sport tournament) we had one bad night out of 4. Good Time in général.

Wonderful hotel. We were there only one night but I would have loved to stay longer. We enjoyed dinner and drinks in their restaurant and it was delicious.

The location is awesome close to wonderful restaurants and pubs, and the hotel restaurant had an excellent breakfast. Staff were outstanding so helpful, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Wonderful place to stay. We were in the deluxe family room and it was extremely spacious. Parking is a little tricky if their garage is full but we did find a spot only 2 blocks away.
